This hotel is in a great location. Very near shopping malls, restaurants and the sky train. Generally a nice environment and friendly staff. Although my room was clean, my colleague had to go and complain that the bathroom in the room had not been cleaned.
The beds were very firm and pillows too hard and enormous. There was a lot of noise outside that kept me awake. The wake up call was also made 20 minutes too early, which wasn't appreciated at 5am! Breakfast was good.

Have stayed here at least 5 times over the last 10 years. The location is great on soi 15 as it is midway between Nana and Asoke on the Sukhumvit BTS line so one can use quick, cool and convenient public transport to the hotel from the airport or bus station. The hotel is a well worn business hotel a little frayed here and there but nice and clean, lots of hot water, AC, TV, great wifi and a very good buffet breakfast Western and Asian. There are great food carts on soi 11 just steps away and many South Asian restaurants nearby. Asoke offers an AC shopping plaza with food court and access to the MRT subway or BTS skytrain and a fast inexpensive trip to most of Bangkok. Will definitely stay here again.

I went to Bangkok on 19th February 2014 for first time and stayed at hotel Manhattan. The hotel is just awesome place for the and price. great place for shopping ..The breakfasts are brilliant with a great variety. The BTS station is just 10 minutes walk away from hotel and many branded shops, restaurant, spa center available there. I just loved it. Want to stay again whenever I will be in Bangkok

First of all hotel is located at very nice location, SUKHUMVIT (SOI 15). Near to BTS & MRT stations whereas BTS Asok would be nearest which takes 5-7 mins by walk. From BTS Asok you can go to BTS Siam where Siam Discovery is located which has Madame Tussauds. from there you can walk to Indira plaza, Pratunam market, indira plaza, platinum fashion mall.
Nearby Hotel there are 7Eleven and many other departmental stores at Sukhumvit road. (2 mins by walk)
There are very good restaurants nearby like Dosa King (pure veg indian food), India Times, etc. Hotel food was not accepted by my taste buds. Breakfast has good variety but I did not like it.
Room is small but comfortable. Bathroom is also fine. It provides bath robes, hair dryer, sleepers.
2 complimentary water bottles are provided every day. TV set provided in room has some english channels.
My room was at 4th floor, room no 417 which is opposite to Staff Office so I could hear murmuring all the time.

Interiors of room and hotel are good. AC works fine. There is free WiFi in room. Reception area is good. It has a travel desk. Bakery and restaurant are present on ground floor itself. Staff is helping. Overall it was good place to stay.

Room Tip: Dont select room 416/417 as they are opposite to staff office, otherwise you will hear murmuring all...

This is right in the middle of the main Sukhumvit area, and everything is very accessible from the hotel. The metro line is just a 2 min walk, and the malls as well as the street shopping is all close by.

The hotel is clean, and the terrace swimming pool just clinks it. Totally worth every penny they charge.

This hotel is clean and liked their different array of food at the breakfast buffet, nice and friendly staff. The bed was hard a a rock. We had the most uncomfortable beds. Didn't get enough sleep because do it. Instead of waking up all refreshed and energized, you wake up with body aches. Unless, one is used to sleeping on a hard surface, don't stay at this hotel.

Used Manhattan for day use on a tour and It was fine, good location for shopping, massage etc. We had a delicious buffet lunch, room was clean. Can't comment on breakfast. One downside...I ordered a drink while we were waiting for the bus,and the barman was going to charge 100baht more than the price in the drinks list, as that was "out of date" ! I refused to pay extra, and he poured the glass of wine back into the bottle !!
