Excellent guesthouse. Staff is extremely kind, speaks good English and very helpful.
The house is nicely furnished with wooden floor. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are clean and just perfect. We went there at the beginning of our stay and at the end. We had a different room each time, but the two of them were great.
Breakfast is included and correct. From two nights onwards, the cost drops from 1300 baths/night to 800. The price might seem a lot compared to the low cost accommodation to be found in the area of Ko San Road, but there is nothing to be compared in terms of quality and atmosphere. At night, there is barely a noise, as the guesthouse is situated on a dead end road that leads to a pier on the river, from which one can travel to the Royal Palace and Wat Pho within 5-10 minutes for 15 bath, which is more convenient, cheaper, faster and nicer than any taxi or tuk-tuk.
We loved the place and would definitely go there on our next visit to Thailand.
