Highly recommend this hotel in terms of value for money.

Staff at checking are very friendly. They gave us a welcome drink voucher and free breakfast. Staff always greet you on return.

Modern and funky design make this aesthetic hotel a pleasure to walk around.rooftop bar on 32nd floor has amazing views over Bangkok and 2 for 1 happy hour from 2130-0030.

Our room was spacious. Twin beds gave is 2 queen size beds which were very comfortable. Huge bath overlooking Bangkok via the floor to ceiling windows.

The location is ideal because it is 100m from the sky train which gives you speedy transfers to your destination in Bangkok.

We would definitely stay here again

This hotel is in an excellent location - literally a handful of steps to the Surasak skytrain station - so getting around was a breeze. 7/11 one block away & bank right next door.

Our room was large and spacious - but a couple of things stopped me from giving it 5 stars - lighting in room is odd - for example you can not have bedside lamps on by themselves, very few power points in the room & there is a glass door to the bathroom so others in the room can see you sitting on the toilet.

The pool area is lovely - the pool was very refreshing after the hot Bangkok weather and had lovely views over the city.

Staff were very polite & helpful - I would definitely stay here again.

Room tip: Side away from sky train would be best

We booked the hotel last minute for a 3 might stay in Bangkok. The hotel is right next to the mono rail, and a 20/25 minute taxi drive from the airport. The Mode Sathorn prides itself on being a boutique hotel for fashionable guests, and we can confirm it delivers on this objective. The rooms are very boutique style, with huge bathrooms, wet room style shower, and we had a view of Bangkok skyline. The pools is an infinity pool on the 11th floor, and whilst we were there a fashion shoot was taking place for a Thai magazine. Breakfast was a large cooked buffet along side fresh items, and a continental buffet. The staff were super attentive and helpful, and spoke great English. WE would throughly recommend Mode Sathorn...!

It's an amazing experience to stay in MS during the Songkran Festival. From the driveway security guard to the bellhop, the front desk, the bartender/waiter/waitress, the chambermaid, etc... every staff of MS is so attentive to my needs. I see passion in their service! I have bellhop helping me to carry my shopping bags to the lift and front desk personally send a waterproof pouch to my room on the eve of the festival as a goodwill gesture. Excellent service! The restaurant serves a wide variety of food for daily breakfast. It's delicious, but it's almost the same everyday. Warning: Guest in sleeveless attire are not allow to enter for breakfast. The swimming pool is beautiful and a great place to chill. The room has an avant garde layout. It's big, clean and comfortable. Big bathroom and nice bathtub with a great view of BKK! The location of the hotel is excellent, in front of BTS Surasak, very convenient!

Room tip: Get a room on higher floor, better view!

Great looking hotel, but although next to a BTS station is a bit of a walk to Silom Rd or any bars etc.
On arrival there was a mix up and we got a smoking room, an hour of waiting later and we were upgraded to an Executive room this time non smoking but very good. This room is full of mod cons, good size and is a very very good room, you wont be disappointed.
Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are very helpful. Very good swimming pool but quite small with only about a dozen or so seat/loungers. But hey this is mainly a business hotel.
My only concern is the location, though next to the BTS is is a good 20 min walk to bars or restaurants although the BTS will take you.

Room tip: Get an executive room it's great.
