Have stayed in this hotel on two seperate occasions now and both times, thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Staff are friendly, rooms are very spacious, well lay out, nicely decorated and cleaned on a daily basis. Rooms also include a laptop safe.
A few people have mentioned the fact that there tend to be a homeless people sleeping rough and prostitutes working this street but, although this is true - this is Bangkok and unfortunately it happens, it has never been an issue for us and you'll find these people wont bother you.
The hotel itself is located about 15 minutes walk from Khao San Road and in my opinion, a nice distance from the non stop hustle and bustle.
I wouldnt think twice about booking this hotel for my next visit to Bangkok and cannot recommend it enough!

We loved the place. Rooms are spotless, and comfortable. Staff are friendly, wifi good, and the location is just the right distance from the charming, yet manic Khaosan rd.

We were a little apprehensive about it before arrival, due to many people saying it was it a rough area, but it is def not in a rough area. Yes there are homeless people & prostitutes about, however in 4 nights no one so much as gave us a second glance - if you mind your business, they'll mind theirs.

I would also mention that you can walk down practically any area in Bangkok and see people sleeping rough, and prostitutes going about their business, let's not forget when you choose to stay here, it will more likely than not be because you'll visit khaosan rd at some point, and you'd be more likely to get pick pocketed or shouted abuse at there, so bare this in mind if you're unsure wether or not to book this place.

We'll be back in Bangkok for a couple of nights in 3 weeks, and will almost certainly book this hotel again.

The hotel is great. The staff is very attentive asking for cabs and tuk tuks for you, negotiating the price and telling the driver where to go, since most of them don't speak english. The call restaurants and bars for you to make reservations or just to check if they are open.
The breakfast, if not included, can be eaten on the lobby at a cafe available and they have local options like rice and chicken or the traditional international menus like continental breakfast.
The rooms are very spacious, the bathroom is great and both are very clean.
Super close to the very touristic Khao San and close to the Grand Palace too. However, it is far from everything else like clubs, bars and night and street markets, so you end up paying a lot in cab/tuk tuks and transportation, and maybe wasting a lot of time.
None of our drivers knew where the street of the hotel was, Bunsiri Road, so be prepared to explain or ask for a paper they have at the front desk that explain to the driver how to get to the hotel.

I have stayed in this area many times as a backpacker and love the laid back atmosphere that has changed somewhat but still makes you want to return for more. Travelling as a couple this trip so booked into the Warehouse and what a find. The owners have done a great job in converting a robust building into a delightful hotel. The rooms are so cool with bare floors and whitewashed walls with beds that are so comfortable. The 'common area' is an excellent space and breakfast was worth the money. Walking distance to Khao San makes this a great option for travellers who fancy a bit of class

Room Tip: All the rooms are good (we stayed twice here at the start and finish of our trip) and whilst the cor...

Only stayed for one night, but if I had stayed in the area longer I would have extended. Warehouse is in walking distance to many things. We wanted to go out on Khao San Rd but stay far enough away from the noise, and this was a perfect 10-15 min walk away. Make sure you have a map on your phone to walk back though, as people are unfamiliar with its location. Staff was nice and helpful when needing a taxi to the airport, taxi fee was reasonable. The room was very modern and extremely clean. After backpacking and staying in hostels for a month, this was like heaven.

The rooms have a cool modern, almost NYC-ish vibe. Everything is clean, and towels are changed daily. Rooms are huge and include a small safe. The restaurant has okay food, nothing special. Staff are nice and accommodating. Beds are a little hard. A/C works amazing, and the TV in the rooms has an American movie channel.

It's in a quiet area and close to all the major sights, including Khao San Rd and the Palace. It's sort of in the middle of a prostitution ring (we saw several every night hanging around the streets). But I never felt unsafe.

The hotel itself locks down after 10PM, but 24-hour security means you're never locked out.

If you're taking the train from BKK, it's not close to the airport link station (Phayathai). Taxi to/from the airport was 350 Baht (500 with traffic per the hotel).

I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Don't bother paying extra for breakfast included. The breakfast dishes are only $3 to $6 and you...
