I spend 4 days (23-26 sept) in Bangkok with family. We choose this hotel because we read in tripadvisor this very nice hotel, then the score from tripadvisor around 9.6. This hotel is new, they opened on 1st august so everything still clean, new, cozy. The Lobby hotel is in the 7th floor, our room is in 11th floor. We have a good view. I booked deluxe room with 2 single bed, the room is big and the interior design is very nice. Bed is very comfy and soft. Bathroom was veryyyy clean. 1st floor until 5th floor is a mall, 6th floor is a food court and very cheap. Near the hotel you can find platinum mall ( which is very good for us), grand plaza! Central world then pantip plaza (electronic mall). Or you can walk around 10 minutes to MBK center. On the last day we go to mega store (if you want branded stuff, and in here you can find ikea) this store is 15 minute from airport.
The staff is very helpful,humble.
We are very happy, and definitely will recomended this hotel.

Room tip: Beware off taxi and tuktuk! They will bring you to the jewelry shop (fake diamond). If you need taxi, you should ask the recepsionist, so they called the taxi for you. DO NOT stop the taxi. If you go to central world (istean) DO NOT trust the indian-thai guy, he will bring you to the free temple with tuktuk and jewelry shop (they all lie!!) Just beware because bangkok is unsafety city.

Me and my husband stayed in Bangkok for 3 nights for one purpose only:
Shopping .
The hotel has the best location to all the shopping areas you can think of:
Platinum mall
Partunam market
Central world
Paragon
Mbk
You name it! All in WALKING distance.
Now, the hotel is brand new. We stayed in the most basic room which was big and beautiful. Great view, very state of the art. One remote control , controls all the lights , AC and so on.
Bed is EXTREMLY soft as well as the cousins . If you like your mattress firm than you may have an issue. I loved it, my husband nOt so much.
Breakfast was great and staff very friendly .
What can I say . My third visit to Bangkok and I loved it more than ever.
Highly recommended.

You know how you wish some hotels were never known to others and it becomes your own little secret. This is one of those.

Me and 2 girl friends stayed at Glow for 5 nights in Sept 12. Everything was great! From the time we entered, we were given exclusive service from the staff we met. Welcoming and warm.. Special mention to Mind who helped with the check-in, she sat us in the lounge with a welcome drink while she took our details for the check-in. She then brought us to the room and explained everything tere is to know bout it.

Location wise, it's right above Shibuya (which is not so great for shopping) but it's right across the street to Platinum Mall. There's a wonderful massage place nearby too (Number 1). There's everything u need to get done in Bangkok around the hotel all within 5 min - eat, sleep, shop, massage.

Breakfast could do better in variety cos after 2 days, the only thing that changes daily is the fried carbs. Then again, we were happy with the eggs, sausages, bacon, cornflakes, toast, pancakes and pastries. Breakfast staff were really nice and attentive too. Special mention to Nana, Pingpong and Mr.Bu :)

Lastly, the bellboys at the entrance to the building. Always smiling when we come back from a trip. Ono was particularly friendly and was always ready to engage in a conversation with the guests.

We also used the pool and steam room, great for a rest day after a few days of hectic life in bangkok.

All in all, i think it's a great hotel, everything i could ask for and more. Definitely will use it again when i have the chance. It must however keep up with what it is able to (now that occupancy is still relatively low when we were there) after it starts getting really crowded.

Nestled in amongst the vibrant shopping district of Pratunam is this gem of a hotel - right from our arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff, and everytime we came in from shopping we were greeted warmly. The room was beautiful and fully functional for our stay, and all the facilities were top notch - had a lovely new smell about the place. Meals were lovely, oudone by the fantastic service of the staff. Ambience couldn't be faulted. Would stay again at any time we were in Bangkok. Loved our stay, loved the people and the hospitality.

Room tip: Ask the receptionist, they will go out of their way to help you. Lovely view over the main street and the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning.
