Beautiful, modern, well designed rooms in a fantastic location. Definitely the most comfortable bed we slept in in Thailand. Rooms are big and spacious and the breakfast was quite good too. Great value for money. Definitely recommend!

Went BKK in July 2014.

Maybe July was a lull period and the military had ceased its curfew just one month ago, so when we reached Glow at 10am on a Wednesday morning, the hotel staff allowed us to do a early check-in. We were surprisingly pleased.

We booked a glow suite room and the room was generally clean. There was some dust around some corner near the bathtub but it was not a issue. The housechamber maid even used towels and folded swans for us! it was adorable.

There is a new massage place on the Glow lobby 7th floor, called "Relax Massage & Spa"
Foot massage for 1hr - 350 baht
Thai massage for 1 hr - 350 baht, 2 hr - 600 baht
etc
It opens from 11am to 2am everyday and
there is Happy Hour from 11am to 6am, saving about 50 to 100 baht for each massage
I made a reservation using my room number and the masseuse called my room when it was my turn. Hence need not loiter around the hotel lobby and I could rest in the comfort of the hotel room.
Pretty convenient

Hotel breakfast was alright and it was quickly replenished.
Nonetheless, there is still Mac and starbucks at the ground level if you wish to have some breakfast variety.

The last time i went to BKK was Nov 2013 and after six months later, BKK seems to be the same.
The night market near the siam square is still there
and everything seems the same.
There was a new shopping mall near siam square called Siam Square One, has quite a few food novelty places. (e.g. japanese udon, cafe stuff..etc) Lots of students in uniforms were seen dining over there.

I also noticed that the clothes price had increased to about 100 baht compared to last time i went bkk. Took some time to haggle on the "ideal" price, but still alright.

Nonetheless in the land of smiles, I still had fun over there.

Bed: super comfy bed nd pillow.
Staff:very helpful staff nd check-in & check out was smooth
Food:this area can be improved a little, limited variation,
Message: they have an in house spa which is highly recommended. Their foot spa is amazing nd regular price 350 baht nd happy hour price only 300 baht.
Overall: it's a modern nd clean hotel with a good location, just opposite of platinum mall, pratunum market is a 5 min walk.

Surprisingly good! Cozy bed, spacious room, they got everything you wish for in a hotel room. Countless bazaars outside and near shopping malls. Warm greeting from front desk agents and waitresses. Will definitely come back with my family! ;)

Room Tip: Higher floors has less noise.

This hotel is on the 7th floor of Shibuya shopping mall. As a family we stayed in 2 suites on 15 and 16 floor and found the place modern, well appointed, spacious and clean. There is a pool but we didnt use it but my family enjoyed the massage. We ate dinner there and although the menu was not extensive it was very tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast although not 5* buffet style is a nice spread of asian and continental food..sufficiently good for the start of the day. Overall a great place for families to stay as the biggest selling point is its close proximity to the best shopping areas in Bangkok especially Platinum Mall where women can get great value priced clothes. We also walked to Central Mall and Siam Paragon which has a great food court and restaurants and it took us 10-15 mins. Overall a good option for families, definitely a great 3.5-4 star hotel.

Room Tip: The suites are big and well appointed but think the standard room with breakfast offers great value.
