A truly great experience with the young Thai " Iron Chef " winner. The 9 course Degustation Menu with Wine pairing is outstanding , though not cheap , but worth it. Every detail is thought of like in a french Michelin Restaurant , very enjoyable for food lovers. We had as a main the Lamb Loin & Lamb Belly cooked under Vacuum absolutely delicious! The Belly was melting in the mouth , we loved that the portions where slightly bigger than in a French Michelin Restaurant.Excellent service too. We will be back for a special occasion.
