“Great vegan spot!”
Reviewed 26 July 2014 via mobile

Went twice. Both time service was adorable and food awesome. Especially the set breakfasts, the veggie burger and the vegetable sandwich. You feel like invited in a family living room it's very pleasant. It's very quiet and 5mn walk from BTS station Surasak, on the same road as the Myanmar Embassy visas service.

“Fantastic Vegan Restaurant”
Reviewed 20 July 2014

Oddly enough, I had one of my favorite Bangkok experience in this somewhat western style Vegan restaurant. It's a small, homey, place with various knick-knacks and nice antique wooden furniture and tables. They serve breakfast all day (pancakes, English breakfast, etc.) plus vegan club sandwiches and vegan curry (what I had and recommend), plus more. After eating so much greasy food, it was great to have something healthy and good.

I ate there late-ish on a Sunday and the other two tables had two other Thai families eating there; one family happened to provide the organic produce, the other the baked goods. And they were all very friendly to me. The owner Neung told me the story of the restaurant and how her husband is an avid runner and may run across the U.S. (Good for him, bad for us because they'll have to close the restaurant for a couple of months). Another person told me about the vegetarian community and other places to eat vegetarian Thai food. It was truly great. Highly recommended.

“friendly and cosy.”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

My girlfriend and I went in for a drink the day before we left bangkok, excellent banana shake! We liked it so much we went back the next day! Had a good affordable breakfast, the food is vegan however I am not, I still enjoyed it a lot. A good place to come and relax! With WiFi and a good collection of travel guides can help you plan your next step!

“Cosy and friendly”
Reviewed 3 July 2014

Bonita's for us was a great find, it has delicious food that is within a backpackers budget, friendly staff, free wifi and amazing staff. Oh and of course air con! We really enjoyed both the meals we had there. They also have a cute little library of travel books and novels you can browse!

“One of the best vegan places in BKK”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 via mobile

This cosy and natural cafe is just a few minute walk down a soi from Silom RD. Atmosphere is inviting, warm and great for eating. The menu isn't big, but the food that's on the menu is nicely cooked and served. I recommend the Japanese Curry and the Club Sandwich. Water is free as well which is nice. Overall great place. And don't forget to pet the cats!
