Was charged for room water that is complimentary throughout all hotels in Thailand. Advertised price was deceptive as fees were only added after I confirmed credit card purchase. I think this borders on being fraudulant

Was very disappointed when reaching final payment submission that fees were added on the advertised price. This is deceptive at the least. Tommy disappointing small no place for case no toiletries not even complimentary water. This is the first hotel I've stayed in over the last 20 years of travelling through Thailand that complimentary drinking water isn't included. Very poor valie

The idea to use this kind of hotel very small room, because you dont have much languages and you are not staying long time, just for your needs, i used to book in Red Planet but the end i found many hotels has less or same price with bigger room and more close to the main road. better you look for another hotel

During my trip to Thailand, we stayed in four different hotels. By far, Red Planet in Bangkok was the cleanest room ever. Rooms are not big, but cleaningness is my number one reason for staying and going back to a hotel. I have to say, you guys earned a customer. Congratulations!

- Mattress discomfort, dipping. It causes back pain and lower back pain. Suggestion: Some mattresses need rotating, and larger mattresses can benefit from support in the center to help keep them from dipping.- Pillow too soft cause the problem with the wrong sleep position, particularly the side-sleeping position- Toilet cleanliness: We found hairs still left on tiles (bathroom) and nearby WC (after housekeeping was done on daily basis)- Understand that Housekeeping needs to replace the toilet tissue roll when there is less than one third left. Replace them with the new ones and install the roll so that the paper feeds over the top away from the wall. Fold the ends of the rolls neatly in triangle shape. The toilet roll dispensers have to be one complete roll or half at all times. However, all these were not done. The toilet paper left less than 1/3 and Housekeeping just left a new roll on top of the WC pressing button cover on the 2nd day of check-in. We have to very save in using that "new" toilet paper as it seems not to be replenished till our departure. - No kettle was provided and not even drinking water supplied. Guests have to ask for water at Reception which brought very inconvenient.
