Eaten there many times over the past ten years and never had a bad visit. Right in the middle of the action on Soi 4 Nana on the right hand side about 100 yards up if coming from Sukhumvit Road. It is neither inside or outside having a feel of a pavement restaurant with a canopy. It is quite difficult to get a seat in the early afternoon and early evening. Outside of these times ideal for a quick beer or something to eat.
An extensive western and Thai menu with all the favourites such as a breakfast, stew, fish and chips etc. Thai foods are well catered so if you have a companion with you then I'm sure she will not be left wanting. All prices are reasonable although predictably the Thai food is slightly higher in price than you may pay in a street stall. Som tam, tum yam, khao pad, pad thai are all on the menu.
My favourite is the beef stew which is exceptional. Traditionally made and piping hot it is priced at around 3 or 4 quid and well worth it. The beef is tender, vegetables well cooked, rich gravy and served with some bread - deelish! I also like the breakfast whilst not really being up to the standard of a full English it is certainly priced reasonably and filling served with coffee, toast, Thai sausage, bacon, 2 eggs, tomato, baked beans etc. Very nice indeed.
If you fancy some food during your endeavours on Soi 4 Nana then you can easily do worse than giving the Bus Stop a try, plus some the waitresses are hot hot hot!
