Having met this friend for so long, we arrange a plan to meet up and have a feast somewhere around BTS station. We reach the decision to come here and we are now very satisfied with that judgment. This restaurant is really easy to go; the food is nice yet cheap; and the service is really satisfying.
This place is very closed to Phayathai BTS Station; just get out there from gate no.4, turn around, and just a little walk, we arrive to the restaurant.
At this restaurant, they serve a buffet of Korean BBQ and main dishes, all-you-can-eat in 2 hours, just for 330 Baht (net). For those who own Thai student identification card, like us (lol), we get some additional discount to pay just only 298 Baht. The customers can ask for unlimited pork, beef, chicken, and mushroom for the BBQ. The main dishes (as they claimed) are unlimited ramen, bibambab, dakgalbi, kimchi, soup, and topokki. Unlimited dessert is shaved ice with syrup and red beans. For the beverage, you get unlimited refill of unsweetened green tea. However, you should order food and grill your things in the amount that you can eat. If any food is left uneaten, you will be fined 10 Baht for each piece of grilled BBQ or each dish of the food.
The food is real good. BBQ buffet sounds fat, but the food here doesn’t seem to be fat at all. The served meats are quite well selected and made. Very little trace of fat is seen in the raw meats. The main dishes they served (I think some of them are ‘side dishes’ though) are also delicious. I like their topokki and dakgalbi most, but my friend would go for the ramen and the dessert. The green tea here is much better than what are sold in regular convenient stores like 7-11.
The service here is what we like most. Service personals here are the best. The Myanmar waitresses and the Korean manager, despite some difficult communication with us, they serve us so well. They are the fastest (as I have ever seen) to response to the orders and requests of the customers. Our green tea gets refilled as fast as it runs out. Most surprisingly, each waitress here is assigned to stand next to every table, making BBQ for the customers - two hours non-stop! We don’t know the secret trick those girls make those meat get cooked so fast that we almost get full in just an hour! I then have to ask her to stop and make the BBQ ourselves with a slower pace so that we don’t get full too fast. The place may be too little narrow; yet, their services can compensate that. The restaurant even provides a plug for customers to recharge their phones!
To sum this thing up, my friend and I really like this place. It’s very convenient to get to. It’s cheap. The food is good. The services are unexpectedly satisfying. We really enjoy a good talk while having the feast we are long for – and we believe that we are going to meet up here again in the future. This will be one of my recommendations for those who love to eat.
