Viet Cuisine has a number of restaurants, and this is the new location at the remodeled Silom Complex Mall. The restaurant shares space with another restaurant, Somtum Siam, a Thai salad restaurant with a Thai menu. The restaurants are connected inside and you can choose from either menu. I have visited 3 times since it opened back in October. The Menu which is not huge, has enough selections to satisfy most people. Rice, noodle and salad dishes and of course Vietnamese specialties. Especially good are the spring rolls, but expect a typical Asian menu. The beverage list is ample also. Prices are on the high side, and the basement of Silom Complex which has many more restaurants will give you more reasonable prices. Service is a problem, and you are likely to seat yourself. Sometimes trying to get a server to take your order is problematic. Food coming out of the kitchen is better. If you need a Viet fix, then this is the only place in the mall, otherwise keep looking.
