Was here a few months back, but totally forgotten to write a review.

But anyways, the hotel was great! Room was clean and spacious, toilet was verrry clean, great lighting, spacious and it has a huge mirror. Perfect for any girl/lady/woman to get ready!

And yes, it can be pretty dark and dodgy at night, but the two of us walked alone and we didnt get robbed/mugged or anything. So, I guess it's pretty safe. Super near to the main road too, so it was a very quick 10 (or 15 if you frequently stop to look at shops) minutes walk to Platinum Mall (and from there we walked to Central World). Plentyyyyy of street food (wayyy better than the pasar malams in Kuala Lumpur) outside Platinum Mall and at the main road near the hotel. Best was the lady and her kids making crepes just nearby the overhead bridge to Platinum.

The staffs were nice too. Served us Lemon teas while we were waiting for check ins, and they even sent us tea after a loooong day out. And they were helpful with infos on tours, places to go and directions.

Tuktuks and cabs were pretty easy. They're somehow always around when you need one, or you can just walk out to the main road. But we didnt take a cab (only to the airport) because well.. the places we wanted to go were pretty near.

Just, one thing though, the walls were pretty thin so we could hear the couples next door or kids running around, but it wasnt THAT loud til it really disturbed us. It's just, we could hear them, haha.

Overall, it was better than what we expected I guess. I'd definitely come back here again :) Y'all SHOULD give this Hotel a try!

I selected Lemontea hotel after seeing tripadvisor reviews for my Bangkok trip. it is a new and peaceful hotel. Ever smiling and friendly staff greeted us with a cup of chilled lemon tea. They took only 5-10mins for check-in and the room was readily available during our check-in. 100% assure for security, the hotel is equipped with latest security system and you need to swap your key card to use the lift, room and all the exit doors. I’m happy with the no-smoking environment. You can pay and use the washing machine for laundry purpose.
it is a nice hotel for a peaceful stay in Bangkok.

Given its opening only a few months back, the hotel does certainly impress with its facade with ikea like furniture and design. While service was really good as well, always smiling and allowing us to place our luggage early, the location is good which makes it value for money.

Would I return for another stay? Yes given its affordable prices and good location. Although it does require a fair bit of walking so not so good for the elderly or young ones.

Brand new and very clean. We (father and daughter) stayed in the family room for 3. Good things: nice bathroom, softer beds, quiet air conditioning, big fridge and small balcony with a sink for clothes washing, pleasant staff, excellent security, good location and fast wifi. Not so good: small rooms with little allowance for suitcases, bad!! soundproofing from corridor, no tea-making facilities (ironic considering the name). Family room would make a nice suite with a couch instead of third bed. Not a really bad choice, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Room Tip: Ask for room at end of corridor to help with noise.

First trip to Bangkok and had no clue where to stay. Stumbled upon the reviews on tripadvisor on this budget hotel wowed us although it does mentioned the alley you need to walk by to the Main Street. It was practically safe amid the tuk tuk asking if you need a ride. Hotel was great they greet you with a refreshing lemon ice tea. Decor was simple yet chic. Bed was comfy with flat screen tv. Breakfast is what you need - set of different types of eggs you want to have.
7-11 is just 5 mins walk down the alley and street food everywhere.
All malls are easily accessible by foot basically you can take a ride to MBK being the last mall and walk through Siam Square-Paragon-Central World- Paladium-Platinum-Pantip route.

A tip though - the tuk tuk will approach you for a cheap 20baht ride and will chauffeur you to some wholesale shop that you do not want to go -tailoring suit, gemstone shop. Tell them you want to go straight to your destination.

Will be back for next visit!

Although the hotel is slightly off the main road the location is in Pratunam so access to the shopping area was perfect! (Tip : Print map and show to the cab, it's location is not easy to find) I have no complains on that.

The hotel's hospitality was absolutely perfect not to mention very helpfull too. We were served lemon tea upon checking in (which was a real thrist quencher!)

Do try their room massage:) after a long day's walk really refreshing. Check with the front desk for appointment with the massuers.

Hotel was value for money, clean, simple and perfect!
