Really enjoyed the tea. They closed a little early - 9 pm, so having arrived at 8:30, I had to rush a little. Lots to chose from; I went for the Pu'er, and it was fragrant and enjoyable.

The biscuits were above average; nice, but nothing to write home about.

Saw a review on Bangkok.com to go here when visiting China Town. Glad we did. Great place to step out of the busy streets. Very relaxing and large selection of teas to try. Staff were very friendly and helpful with good English. Would go again.

We found Double Dogs by accident when being swept along the crazy main street in Chinatown. What a joy to step into their beautifully neat and serene room, and be greeted by the proprietor, who explained the menu to us in his gentle and good-humoured way. We selected a variety of tea and a plate of mixed Chinese biscuits, then settled in to enjoy the peaceful room and the delicious treats. We tried a hot tea, which comes in a gleaming pot, and a cold tea in a tall glass, looking like beer. The proprietor showed us how to serve and enjoy the tea, and happily offered to take a photo of us, also to be photographed himself.

The room is lovely - minimalist decor, so different to the world outside the tea shop. You can also buy a selection of teas and tea-related gifts.

Recommended for a break of sanity in the chaos of Chinatown!

Everything is cute there, from the tables to the tea sets including the staff and the sweets! It's perfect to take a break from smelly and busy Chinatown :-)

The best selection of teas I've found.They have rare and expensive teas from all over .They also bake great moon cakes The only thing is they only open after 1pm Try several different teas and relax with the quiet ambient music.Well worth a try!
