The menu is pretty much simple. Shame most grouper fish are stir fried and deep fried. Nothing steam. Not very Cantonese.
We had suckling pig. Have to book 1 day in advanced. The pig has a very 腥 piggy smell and taste. Not very fresh. Waste of money.
Toufu with mushroom was served not very warm. And very amateur Choy sum (Chinese cabbage) covered with oyster sauce.
Had a bottle of red wine. Not put on our table after first pour. When my glass was empty have to walk over to next table to get the bottle. All the staff seem busy serving the VIP private room.
