“awesome "hidden" gem”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

i couldn't believe the peaceful jim Thomson house is located near the MBK, one of the busiest parts of Bangkok. a definitely must see/visit for locals and tourists as well, the history is quite fascinating and the house itself very intriguing. The restaurant is quite nice as well, the coconuts and tom yum were excellent.

“Must be your first thing to see”
Reviewed 29 July 2014 via mobile

The Jim Thompson house is a beautiful architecture piece amongst the big city. It's art and architecture teaches you a bit of the Thai culture and customs. You also get to see how the silk Trade affected Thailand. I traveled throughout Thailand and Southeast Asia for the past three years and if I went to this place before I would have learned some helpful explanations that would've helped me understand the ancient temples a bit more. This is definitely a must see on your trip to Thailand

“Go To Outlet Stores If You Are Looking For Massive Buys & Savings!”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

Pricey stuff but in season. I love the brand and love to buy their bags and accessories as gifts, soft furnishings or gifts to friends. Head to outlet store if you are not picky with must have in-season stuff. Located at Sukhumvit area. Ask this store for location.

“Surprisingly Great!”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

This stop was one selected by our wives and the men folk had low expectations. But the house and tour were interesting and informative giving real perspective into the man and into traditional Thai upper class living. The gift shop was, needless to say, pretty awesome.
