It is a very nice safari, most animals are there from lions and elephants to the smallest bird, a very nice view, kids will enjoy it to the the max. It is worth the trip. Go early in the morning to see the nearby attractions.

We come here a couple of times a year. It's a great park to enjoy either the drive through safari or to join the main park with many attractions and shows including a marine park. Both are exciting and fun! The have the largest giraffe heart outside of Africa, zebras, tigers and lions, different birds, antelopes, impalas, kudu, gazelles, bears and so many more animals to look at and enjoy. The limited and low quality Food selection throughout the park is the only let down. Perfect family fun and worth every time we visit!

First of all - get your tickets online, the day before you go - it's much cheaper. Buying at the counter, on the same day, means you're paying more. And if it's for a family of five - it adds up to quite a hefty sum.

Then... it's all fun. There are flamingos and colourful macaws! There are many shows at specific times. Helpful signs and assistants are everywhere. The sea lion show was enjoyable. The children enjoyed the orangutan boxing show. We loved walking about in the bird cage and having the birds feed the seeds from our hands!
The high viewing platform for feeding the gentle giraffes was an awesome experience. My seven year old grandson was allowed to feed milk to a baby tiger cub for a few seconds - just enough to take a picture! But getting a hug and a kiss from the chimps took more time and was fun. Oh! I forgot about feeding the huge, friendly giant walrus! Factor in the cost of all these interactive feedings though.

And the included lunch was not a very pleasant affair. One had to jostle for the food. There were many counters with the same items. Mostly Thai food of average quality. They ran out of ice cream!

The cost of the ticket included a safari in a mini van around the park. We saw giraffes, zebras, lions, deer all grazing or lazing in the open as we rested our weary legs.
I suggest you keep a whole day for this outing. Definitely worth it.

This is a must visit in Bangkok...with or without kids...in fact, I was more excited than my daughter and I wasn't disappointed...Make sure to reach there by 9AM as it may take some time to buy tickets. I would recommend to buy online, as it is faster to enter...also, preferably have your own or hired car..its just easier and more convenient...it will also ensure you get better viewing of the Lions and Tigers which are fed at 10AM, so make sure you do not miss this...after a drive through the Safari World, enter the Marine Park to see the different shows they host...v missed the Orangutan show but saw the Sea Lion and the Dolphin show....simply superb!!! (DO NOT MISS IT!!)...Also, make sure to experience the Giraffe feeding...they have 200 Giraffes and are very well kept...you would love it.
For Food...there is an option of buffet (which we did not take)...but A-la-carte options are very less..this was the most disappointing part of the visit...If you visiting a place for an entire day, there should be several and good food options...slightly on the expensive side too, I would say...but you can carry your own food.
Overall a wonderful experience, nothing that is not manageable!!

I visited here about two years ago. A lot of animals were there performing on stage, i will not go there again as it is better to let the animals be in the places they belong
