This park is right next to the Jatujak weekend market. Lots of green spaces, a children's play area and walkways and places to sit and just relax.

If you are in Bangkok for the first time, you must make a trip to Chatuchak Market which is very close to Chatuchak Park. Be prepared to spend your Saturday here or even both your Saturday and Sunday here. This market is so huge that you may not be able to finish your recce in a day. For the Muslims, Halal eateries are found here too. I hate to say this but the prices at Saman Islam (near the clock tower and most easily accessible) have risen to beyond unbelievable! A plate of fried rice costs 150 Baht (about SGD 6). Even an air-conditioned dining (sidewalk cafe type) elsewhere in Bangkok does not charge this much for the same meal... Look out for alternative Halal-dining in Chatuchak, like Kah Jak. There is also one just outside the musollah (prayer room). You have to ask the security officer to show you the exact location.

This large park is a great place to unwind right at Mo Chit, the northern-most Skytrain station.
Right by Chatuchak weekend market, after a hard morning's shopping, just pop into the park after buying something to eat from any of the myriad street vendors outside.

A good place to take some food bought at the market food stalls and relax while visiting Chatuchak Market. There is also a playground for children and the location is just next to the Metro and Skytrain stations.

Its occupy huge place, just close to MRT station. The place is covered with vendors with exclusive Thai delights and most are my favorite. There you find all necessary thing that a family need for there daily life with cheap price, but dear sometimes you need to bargain for your haunting, Cheers and move to visit there and pass whole day for shopping and eating.
