Location is not bad depending on which part of town you want to stay in. It's very near to Shangrila, within a 5 minutes walk and if you walk out to the main road it's very close to Robinson. You can take a walk to BTS though it's not too near nor too far.
The Pathai in the cafe in the hotel is not bad though a little on the soggy side. The lime juice is really good.

Reception and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. Heard from a fellow traveller that the massage is good though I did not try it,

Room tip: Not too sure about this as it was packed but the suite though it is not that big is better than the room I stayed in

Stayed there as a less expensive alternative to the hotel hosting my business conference. They were overbooked and upgraded my reserved room from superior to deluxe poolside at no additional charge. This was a nice touch not always performed in Thailand. Good location only 5 minute walk from the river and 10 minutes from the sky train station. The staff were attentive and spoke good English. The hotel breakfast buffet was nice including an egg station, pancakes & pastries, assorted fruit, and some Asian offerings. The room was well appointed with sliding doors leading directly to a small pool (maybe 2 meters wide?). Only odd feature was the windows were not tinted, so I needed to keep the curtains closed or people could look directly into my room. This was not a bother as I wasn't in the room much. Leave hotel to the left and turn left on the little road just before the Shangri-La hotel and walk about 200 meters to a Thai food market serving cheap and authentic Thai meals. The restaurant at the hotel is decent too. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room tip: Leave hotel to the left and in 5 minutes have drinks at Jack's bar right on the river.

Nice comfortable hotel!
Staff overall is outstanding!
Near BTS within a 10 min walk.
Near the Riverboats.
The best thing about this hotel is location and extraordinary attentive staff.
There’s always a few exceptions but you’ll figure out quickly who’s helpful and who’s not!
The Bell Man could not be more helpful. Always pleasant and willing to help. Guess I should add this on a rainy day their kindness to offer an umbrella was very sincere like you were family to them!
If you’re looking for a comfortable place with great staff and reasonable cost this is great the place!

This is our 3 rd time staying here over past couple of years. We were impressed with the newly refurbished rooms this year and room are clean and provide all the essential.
Price is right for excellent location.
Biggest complaint is the way their internet disconnects you abt every 15minutes and u have to log back in, very irritating if u are trying to work.
Other than that good stay
