This hotel is tucked in a bit far from Nana BTS. Though some reviewers mentioned 5 minutes walk to Nana BTS, it is an not less than 30 minutes walk unless you run like a sprinter. Hotel has Tuktuk arrangement that takes you only half the distance to Nana BTS every 30 minutes but while coming back you are on your own and it is hard to walk back after spending the day out.

Staff at the Reception was good and helpful. They permitted us the check in at 11 AM; otherwise it would have been an uncomfortable wait in lobby that was not air-conditioned.

Rooms (we stayed in Superior room) are large and clean but AC was not very effective. The most annoying part was that there was no way you can leave the AC turned on when you go out and you have to return to a stuffy hot room - takes time to cool once again. We got a room facing an ugly building with no view at all on 4th floor. Half way through our stay the AC conked off. Thankfully they shifted us to another room on 5th floor with city view, the floor that has pool too.

Pool was clean and good though a bit small. We ordered pineapple juice at the pool side and surprisingly what we got was canned juice and not the fresh juice. At 100 BHT each it was expensive.

The housekeeping staff was good and attentive. I forgot to carry my travel adapter and they provided it in no time. WiFi was fast and good but every 24 hours one has to go down to Reception to get a new password - not a good way to treat the guests. In both rooms we had an instant water heater for shower which could not be adjusted properly to give water at right temperature. Water was either too hot or too cold.

The hotel has an in-house massage parlour and we did have a traditional Thai massage and also oil massage in room but it was not the best massage we had in Bangkok. Apparently, the staff was not trained.

The breakfast was average. There are several Seven Eleven at walking distance and so are many bars that are active all through evenings.

Room Tip: Normally traveller has no option on choosing a room and he has to take what is offered to him but in case one has a choice, take a room with city view and that is not too far from WiFi router in corridor.

This hotel is near Nana plaza but away from the noise of the main intersection.
The pool is on the roof and has some good vies. Staff are friendly and they have a small tuk tuk to take you to the main road.
They are also accommodating if in wheelchair as well.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and what a good improvement on my last stay.
The rooms have been refurbished and are significantly more comfortable and better equipped. Hotel is on Soi 4 and is well positioned for all types of travellers. Only a 5 min walk to the Nana area of Bangkok and should you want to venure further afiled the taxis are so cheap. We took one to Soi Cowboy and was the pleasing sum of 41THB.. yes 41 THB less than £1. I felt ashamed to pay the man. A taxi from the airport on te meter is about 400thb (£8)
Reception cant do enough for you very very attentive and polite.
Hotel is llocated far enough from the nightlife to allow a good nights sleep. Bathrooms are well equipped and all rooms have digital safe at no extra cost. Mini Bar prces are a little steep though, likewise the bar prices in reception. A bottle of Singha was 145 thb (£3).
Very good value for money, pool on the roof is abit small but who cares.
Rooms cleaned daily.
Would recommend a stay here no matter how long for.

Room Tip: Search the internet for room prices as "walk ins" can be a little expensive

Second time we've stayed here, and would definitely go back again. Not too far to walk to Skytrain if it's outside free tuktuk hours. Love the area - lots of cheap dining and snack bars. Nice rooftop pool area with enough loungers & umbrellas. Very entertaining area to people watch - probably not suited to family outings though. Room was big enough, and having an in-room safe is great.
