Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights whilst exploring thailand. The customer service is faultless they were more than happy to store our bags for 2 weeks whilst we travelled down into southern thailand. The staff members English was superb making communication a breeze compared to other places. The room was large extremely clean and had a breathtaking view, the free boat service to the adjacent central riverboat pier / sky train station is a nice touch.

We managed to get the room quite cheap through laterooms.com without breakfast included, this proved to be the only downside to the hotel as food and drink is not cheap at all. A small beer is approx £5 and breakfast about £18 but on the plus side you can just leave the hotel via a cheap taxi and visit a go to a local restaurant / bar for a fraction of the price!

Room Tip: Ask for a room as high as possible

Firstly I would like to give many thanks to the staff who worked hard to make this hotel a big hit. They are such friendly people and kind. I would also give many love to the Thai people who treated me and all the other tourists like they are one of their family. I just can't stop loving Thailand and Thai people. Although I went to many countries lie China, Turkey, Dubai but Thailand is the best of all. I really liked my room on the 11th floor and the breakfast was too delicious. The hotel was so beautiful and surely I will be back next summer. Again, many thanks to all the staff and Thai people who worked hard to make Thailand a beautiful country!! :)

Just ordered a margarita cocktail which was undrinkable and we had to send it back but the pina coladas were nice!
Then ordered a marinara pizza which had nothing on it but garlic - not even cheese! It was literally pizza base, sauce and garlic! So we ordered a margarita pizza which was not fully cooked. Not a good night.

Staff were lovely though and so was view.

First trip to Bangkok, and we stayed at the hotel for two nights. And as mentioned by Green_kermit, this hotel sure is off the beaten track, as it took us awhile to communicate to the taxi driver. Our check-in had a slight hiccup due to their system going down when we arrived. But that was sorted out fairly quickly.

The room was minimalist chic and ultra modern, so is the bathroom. And it had a gorgeous view of the Chao Phraya River.

Have a few gripes about the room ...

1. The drainage in the shower stall, or lack of. The water would flood into the bathroom floor each time I have a shower (mind you, the glass door was closed at all times!), and leaves the floor wet and slippery - hazardous and making it really unpleasant whenever I need to use the sink (which is right at the door to the shower stall)

2. Poor lighting in the room

3. Very limited channels on the TV - e.g. no Discovery/National Geographic channels

Breakfast buffet at Flow - it has an abundance of different foods (continental spread, Chinese dimsims, sushi etc), including freshly squeezed fruit juices and an egg station.

Had a quick sneak peek of the gym and pool area. Gym looked to be quite well equipped with basic machines, and the pool area was rather small - so everything seem rather cluttered. We didn't use any of the facilities though.

The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle boat rides from its private pier to either River City or BTS Saphan Taksin. It's an excellent location if you like to venture this part of the city e.g. Chinatown, Grand Palace etc. We did two nights here and two nights in Conrad, and noticed a big difference in the type of places to see and visit.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: High floor with river view
