“Hmmm, yeah ok”
Reviewed 26 October 2013

Ok, well, it wasn't bad. The room was ordinary, but clean, with a fridge, bathroom and tv. All you need really. Like I said, not bad. No wifi in the room. There is wifi in the foyer, and you can buy an internet card to use on their computers.

The food... Hmm. Ever had a spicy bruschetta? Neither had we! There was chilli on it, and more vinegar than a drunken sailor.! Don't have the bruschetta! Service was very slow, especially considering we were the only 2 in the restaurant (until an entire extended family arrived). A vegetarian pizza was served, with chicken on it. Hmm. 'Nuff said about that.

The front desk staff were nice however. We had all we needed, and got what we paid for.

We stayed for 3 nights during our visit to Bangkok.

Our impression. When we first came in, we got a free welcoming fruit punch juice. Was quite ok except too sweet. The receptionists were friendly. The guy who took our luggage to keep was very friendly. The services were good except that they wanted to charge us 8 bahts for a phone call to our tour guide. The lobby was ok except it was thronged by Indians. Freaking noisy and talk loudly spoiling our trip. The hotel room was ok except that during the noon, the shower will be freaking hot while at nite and in the morning, the water will be very cold. Hope the hotel can do something about the shower and noise pollution. Breakfast was ok, nothing too fancy. Sausages and hams as usual. Wifi-ed at the lobby thus usually crowded in the nite.

Location wise, 20mins walk from BTS, very near 7-eleven and pizza hut. 20mins walk to Baiyoke Tower. Go there because the B-Gallery sells good things at low price. You'll be amazing.

Overall, there are better places but if you're not high on budget and don't mind the indians shouting at night, this is a good place.

Room Tip: Do not book near the windows facing the main road. Book the inner ones. The rooms are noisy if facin...

Dear Sir:

We very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Seasons Bangkok Siam. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback.

I was pleased to read that you appreciated the friendliness and assistance of our staff and enjoyed your visit in our hotel. It is always encouraging for us to learn that our guests are satisfied with our services as it is what we strive for everyday. Your kind words have been passed on to our teams and particularly to Front Office staff and Bell boy who made your stay a pleasant one. This will certainly motivate them to keep up the good work.

On the other hand, we also took note of your valuable comments regarding the hot water system of the shower. This issue has been noted by our Chief Engineer. Rest assured that he will take immediate action to check and rectify problems.

Moreover, it is with my deepest regret to read about the inconvenience you were caused by the noisy and disturbance of other guests. We fully understand your frustration and your concern for the discomfort caused. Rest assured that our Front Office Manager has been emphasized regarding the room assignment seperating the floor between the guests who travel in group and the individual arrival guests in order to avoid the inconveniences. Please accept our apologies regarding this issue.

Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one.

Sincerely Yours,
The Management

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and found the rooms a good size, clean and comfortable. Air con worked well which is always a bonus!! The location was ok, a short walk to the metro or sky train, but a little way out from the main sites - if you're happy to take the train or a tuk tuk then cost of the hotel for the level is worth the extra bit of distance for sure. Staff seemed friendly and helpful and were always willing to flag down a cab for us. All in all a good stay.

this hotel is very near walk-able to INDIRA square or otherwise called PRATUNAM bus terminal to every where. shopping malls indira square is a best place for copy phones and ipod ipad cloths indians are available there. if u want to go anywhere as u wish and come back to u hotel is too easy too... because English is not enough to access in bangkok . in front of the hotel itself there is bus stop, taxi tuck tuck ( auto rickshaw ) wi-fi only available at lobby. room suggestions are not necessary for this hotel if u want to enjoy the city u can very well choose this because taxi tuck tuck fare is costly when compare with bus. bus frequency is good and reasonable also. food is nice rooms ok

We were at the All seasons from the 19th to 25th this September. This Hotel is located close to the malls and shopping centres. The Victory Memorial railway station is walking distance and the bus stop is bang opposite the hotel. The reception give you a preprinted list of bus and their various locations. the also help with a map to assist you around the place if your like to explore on your own. Breakfast is good and served from 6.30 in the morning to 10.30 on all days and upto 11.30 on Sundays. You will be served a bottle of water daily. you will have to ask the housekeeping for cleaning and giving you fresh stock of toiletries and check or monitor the cleaning daily. My favourite was the the bath gel and shampoo which actually agreed with me. I would be happy and appriciate if the hotel or if someone shared the name of the brand so I can try to look out for them in India.

# SUGGEST: please improve the reading light quality as We found it difficult to read in the room .

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times when visiting vibrant city of Bangkok and will gladly stay there again on my next visit. It is very affordable and real value for what you pay.Rooms are very clean, spacious with nice bathroom and toiletries supplied.Staff are very friendly and helpful. They work very efficiently even at the busiest times of the day and will have you checked-in fast.Breakfast is decent for the price you pay.Room service food is probably more Indian Cuisine. It has couple of convinient stores nearby and it's not far from public transport.About 15 minutes walk from Patunam(Indra)Market for those that like to stretch their legs.Wi-Fi is free for everyone in the lobby and you also have a choice of purchasing it if you prefere it in the room.I rate it as excellent considering the price you pay.If you expect 5 star hotel for 35$ a night...well consider how much you paid for what you got!!! Overall great property and staff.
