“Unexpected surprise!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 November 2013

We have just stayed 2 days in this hotel and have made only positive expirience. We recommend it! The location is perfect and you would not expect such a court yard with swimming pool when you enter the hotel.

The check in took 3 minutes and I was in a large clean room aesthetically decorated with a comfortable working table. A basket with exotic tropical fruits offered an irresistible invite.
I had to attend a meeting nearby, the staff provided me with guidance

We spent the next 2 nights here and it was remarkable. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and greeted by the bellman in a cute uniform as he helped us with our luggages. Check-in was smooth and we were greeted by the Director of Rooms which was very much appreciated as he took time to say hi to us. We arrived around noon so the room was not yet ready and we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant while waiting. The male restaurant manager was very helpful with a warm smile and did a heart-felt service during our dining. The food selection is good, there is a variety of japanese, local and international cuisine. After lunch, our room key was given though we didn't get the room that we have requested upon reservation. We booked an advantage room category so we stayed in a newly renovated contemporary design room with a complimentary internet. It was mentioned that a maximum of 2 devices may connect although it will be better if it can be maximized to more than 2 especially for family travelling together with all smart phones.

I like the restroom set up. The standing shower is separated with the bathtub and everything is white and clean. There are plenty of wardrobe storage so no worries for those that shops a lot like me. But the safe was too small for gadget geeks like my boyfriend. The bed linens smells fresh and the bed mattress was fantastic plus the soft pillows that makes us sleep early in Bangkok.

We have ordered in-room dining and it was delivered faster than expected. All our requests such as adaptor, hair dryer etc. are all delivered on a timely manner. After a whole day of shopping around the city was a nice turn down service with a traditional Toblerone Swiss chocolate. It was a really nice touch of the hotel service. We were travelling as a couple so no night-out plans but the bar in the hotel was entertaining with live performance and free-play pool. We enjoyed the night with some good cocktails. We also dine-in for the dinner buffet which is similar to lunch. The swimming pool is the main attraction as it was a resort designed area which makes you forget that you're in the busy city of Bangkok. I also tried the traditional Thai massage and the spa facility and ambience was great!

Hopefully the hotel staffs use english name on their name tags if there's any for easy-to-remember as Thai names are difficult to memorize. Overall stay was fantastic.

Quiet and very down location, what an amazing garden and outdoor pool. Food is good, either buffer or order by Carte, sitting in the garden for breakfast or poolside bar for cafe~~ girl offers free shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall, driver is so nice to take us a ride. Also walking distance for shopping, 2 stops sky train to Siam Square. Would love to be back for next trip.

Nice luxurious oasis in the buzzing city of bangkok. Only negative point was the not so knowledged staff about the things to do outside the hotel.
The hotel offered all the amenities you could wish. Nice clean pool area, good gym. Overall well kept facilities.

Recently returned from Thailand where I spent five nights to begin with at this great hotel. great rooms ,amazing grounds ,fitness centre and lovely pool. This was my second visit to this hotel and this time I was here with my son and his family. our granddaughter had a great time running about the grounds and swimming in the pool. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meals which we opted to do this time . of course it was more expensive than eating out but clean great tasting and the service from the staff was fantastic. Thank you to all the staff for you friendly helpful service. will be coming back for sure! did not use the spa hence the lower rating.

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking garden
