Horrible experience is a small word for the treatment given to guests by a so called Accor Group of Hotel.

We arrived post 2pm which is the check in time and the front desk executive (Ms. Daria) gave us the coldest attitude one can ever imagine. She was unperturbed by our presence and made us wait for 3 hrs to give us our three pre booked rooms. As if that was not enough she made sure that we were given rooms on three different floors even though the booking was made for 3 rooms together. When we asked her for an explanation for such a delay her reply was again a cold Sorry. It was as if this hotel was doing a charity to us.

We asked for the duty manager who was again a lady, who also came and said a cold sorry and told that she can't help if we had to wait. She then vanished inside her cabin and did not return back nor did she or Ms. Daria even bothered to give her name.

So, one should be prepared for high headed staffs to give cold welcome to its guests. Terrible service.

We had booked for check in on 29th Dec and Check out on 31st Dec. And given room No. 1818.

We understand that we as a service provider is suppose to provide the best service ever to all our valued customers, with that in mind we also take that as our core value to exceed our guest's expectation to the most satisfaction.

However, we are a team-working atmosphere consisting of diversity in people, cultures or even attitudes. We are trying our best to balance and put them all in harmony in order to conduct our exquisite and excellent service to our guests. Sometimes, there might be an error shown as it typically happens in a dynamic moving organisation and of course it affects your appreciation toward our hospitality perspective.

We would like to let you know regarding such incident happened that we went through the investigation and has already taken appropriate action as we always put our guest satisfaction first. And we do hope that you will give us an opportunity to visit us again.

We booked this hotel wrongly in the first places however thanks god we end up having fantastic stayed at Grand Sukhumvit location was great , room was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly everywhere we walked in the hotel they extended smile and nice wai. We will definitely come back to stay at this hot again and no hesitate to recommend our friend and family to stay as well.
