PN is in a great location to visit the main attractions by River Express Boats (Orange Flags), as well as being near the Dusit area and the Chetuchak market in Bangkok. We also walked to Khao San road and the nice little blues bar Adhere the 13th.
It is also in a residential area, where you get a feel for the "real" Bangkok, with food stalls, daily markets and little shops.
This hotel provides a calm oasis in a hectic city, with nice food and very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend staying here, but do not expect a Holiday Inn!

This hotel is very charming with lots of distressed wood and a lush patio. It had a cool/funky/retro look. The staff went above and beyond to help make out stay enjoyable. For example, we booked a tour on our own (not through the hotel) that left at 4:30 a.m. When we headed out for it, they gave us a bag with breakfast sandwiches and water bottles. They really did everything they could to make it a good stay and I definitely recommend this place. The only downside is the bathroom did not have a lot of counter space.

Neil and I was really impressed with the hotel, it's really a vintage and artistic hotel. The star were very welcoming and helped us with our enquiries. The coupons were great, we was in for a surprise with the full Thai massage, we were feeling stiff afterwards but still a great experience! The bedroom is fab, the shower and the sink - very unusual. I love the hot ginger tea and already want one now! Stayed two nights there before setting off for Chiang Mai, they were helpful with organising transports to airport. Many thank you for your welcoming us to the gorgeous hotel!

Only problem is the distance from the hotel to the places we want to visit. We walked most of time but also travelled by tuk-tuk.

The only bad thing about this place was that we couldnt stay long enough!!!

Only had one night here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was gorgous and exactly the place we needed after a long flight. The food here was amazing and the drinks were even better. Free internet use in their little wifi room and baggage storage after you check out. The painting on the walls are great and alot of detail has been put into this place. We got some welcome drinks when we arrived and also some tea sent to our room. Room was located over the reception/main area however we didnt hear a thing.

We went to the Chatuchak Market and Koh San Road and it was really cheap in a tuk tuk. The receptionist kindly wrote the names of the places in Thai incase we had any issues.

Also, we got our train tickets delivered here before arrived in the country and the staff kept a hold of them and gave them to us for when we got there.

Would stay here again and the value for money is fantastic. Great for families and couples :)

There's a really relax atmosphere which makes you feel at home.
Every morning starts with delicious breakfast and good coffee.
Watch out with the Thai massage. It can be a bit painful if you're not used to it as we are.

Also extra bonus points for:
- one free laundry
- fast and free wifi
- beautiful hotel decoration

I stayed at PN in 2009 and was delighted to return again. I arrived from Chiang Mai after a 15 hour train ride, and even though it was early (7.30am) and my room wasn't ready, Naam was so kind to allow me to check in and take a shower before storing my luggage.

The room I was given at PN was very clean and I was delighted to note that the same laidback atmosphere that PN exudes is still there. I slept so well!

PN also has a larger shop now (it was much smaller back in 2009), producing their brand of spa products. I was given a complimentary soap and lemongrass balm, the latter an excellent insect repellent - a real, high quality product that deserves a mention. Their products also make excellent gifts.

I felt so welcomed and happy to stay here, even though it was only for an overnight trip. Before I left for Don Muang airport the following morning, I was even given a bottle of cold water to bring along for my journey. After arriving home, I received an e mail notifying me that I had left my phone charger behind, and the staff were offering to mail it back to me. Personal touches like these are precisely what makes PN my absolute favourite place to stay in Thailand.

Khab koon kaa, PN! I will return again :)

WAHT AN AMAZING AND QUIRKY HOTEL. From the road you'd never guess there was a complete oasis of calm hidden in Bangkok. Great and friendly staff. The rooms are all individual with lovely murals. We had temples painted on ours but others have elephants and fish etc, all unique. We went in a party of 17 ranging in age from 4 to 70 and it suited all our needs. The rooms and indeed the whole hotel was extremely clean and the gardens a delight, great for the children with a lovely play area. In a perfect spot to sightsee and some great Thai restaurants in walking distance. Would not hestitate to stay again.

Room Tip: none of our group had a bad room all great
