If not for our local Thai friend, we would never found out about this great Thai restaurant, which is hidden away from the main road and a klong. In fact, it is just about half a km from the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market. If you come from the Kamphaeng Phet MRT station, cross the road and walk for about 550m to the right. They are so authentically Thai that their menu has no English translation! The location and ambiance make this a very unique and attractive restaurant. It is open from 11 AM to 12 mid-night. It's seating is open air, the tables are surrounded by beautiful vegetation, plus the klong that flows besides it, making the environment very pleasant. We went there at night for dinner, the natural lighting adds a romantic tint to it, just lovely. The food, well, is just plain great. We ordered lemon pork, fish paste, fried egg, and tom yam soup—every item is delicious. The price? For the three of us who could hardly finished what we had ordered, the bill was only about 650B. We regretted that we couldn't order more because we had only three people eating. We would come back again to sample more items that had eluded us. No photo can be given until we return for the second time. You can just google the restaurant's name and find them yourself. Highly recommended.
