“Great Place to stay”
Reviewed 9 October 2011

We booked Siam@Siam design hotel & spa from the recommendation of our travel agent. We were not disappointed. It is located virtually under the National Stadium BTS station & 200Mts from MBK. There is also a Tesco Lotus just up the road. The Hotel has a lovely unique feel to it due to its design.

We were given a free upgrade to executive suite on check in which allows you to utilize the executive lounge on the 24th floor which has free drinks & canapés btwn 6-8PM. I would recommend an upgrade anyways as you will certainly make up the difference in the lounge. We also dined at the rooftop restaraunt which has excellent 360deg views of the skyline of Bangkok & great food if a little exe. The breakfast was fantastic with an array of choices. The service was 1st class & the hotel has a beautiful infinity pool & pool area.
Highly recommend this Hotel.

we stayed here in interconnecting rooms with our 4 children.(16,13,11,6).The decor is full of exposed concrete and metal and is really nice, the rooms are comfy and well serviced. It's location is the best feature with it being almost opposite MBK (where the best and cheapest shopping is).It is also serviced by the skyrail which I highly recommend. It is safe, clean, cheap and avoids all the traffic. We were 4 stops away from the night markets. The pool and deck area were the best therapy after a day of touring or shopping and breakfast was fantastic. We had drinks on the roof top bar with a 360 degree view of bangkok and had dinner in the roof top bar which was special for the kids but a bit pricey. There is a tour desk on the pool level and she was great(much better than the hotel's tour people who were very pushy)

Room Tip: we were on the 20th floor and the views were incredible,no rooms on the 1-8th floors

Before I stayed in this hotel, I was there for a spa treatment so I found this hotel is very near to a skytrain station and the interior design is pretty unique than most of the hotels in Bangkok. Therefore I decided to try when I return in 2 months later. I learnt the size of the room from websiite is smal so I wasn't very disappointment with its size. Overall the room is clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast is suprisingly good in varity and quality. The pool is rather too deep not advise for child. Shopping malls is in walking distance or just 1 to 2 skytrain station away. Highly recommand people want to take skytrain rather taxi. Last but not the least, must try the spa service at The Ten Spa.

We stayed at the Siam@Siam on the way to Europe for 3 nights and again for 2 nights on the way home. We stayed at 16 different hotels (4 & 5 stars) while away and even though the decor is different this did not stop us from rating your hotel the top. The rooms we were in were most comfortable. We both used the spa service and that was just great. The friendliness and smiles of the staff have left a lasting impression on us. We ate in the top restaurant for a special dinner one night - food and service was awesome. Breakfast each morning and dinner (including live music) in the restaurant on the ground floor was also very nice. Sitting having a drink near the reception area after a day out and listening to the couple singing "old" favourites was relaxing. Congratulations to Management for having such friendly, smiling, well trained staff - nothing was too much trouble. WE WILL RETURN

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. I thought the rooms were comfortable, but I found the decor a tad too dark for my liking. Buffet breakfast was decent, but nothing to rave about. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the National Stadium BTS station. My friends tried the spa service and I think they found the standard to be decently good. The hotel pool looked tiny to me, but a friend who tried it said it wasn't too bad. The hotel is opposite a large Tesco building. There's a local food court and lots of eateries inside that building.

We stayed at this hotel in an interconnecting room with our 2 children. Maybe its would be best for Adults only as there is not much on offer here for kids, not even a kids menu :(
It is a kitch design which is a bit cheap but very modern Thai. The service was not very good in comparison to the resort in Phuket (Katathani) some of the Hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful but others hasseled you on the way out the door just like the street vendors. Not 5 Star in my mind but 5 star price!
Food is crappy I would recommend going out for all meals it is way more tasty!
