Stayed here for 2 nights on our way home from Patong.
Gorgeous, Gorgeous Hotel.Rooms were amazing. Big Comfy Bed, very Modern Looking. Bathroom sink was too small but the room made up for it. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast Ive ever Had. Lots of variety and high quality food.
The pool was awesome. High up with crazy veiws of bangkok.
The location is great too. literally a 5 min walk to MBK.
Definetely will stay here again

This hotel is in a super location for shopping & using the skytrain. That's a major plus for it,however we wouldn't stay here again.
The decor is too gloomy and the polished concrete Walls in the room gave it a dreary feeling. We also had a mild smell of some sort in our room which seemed to come from the air con.The fact that there are only two lifts for such a large hotel was annoying at times...
Breakfast is great with a large selection for everyone. The sushi bar is delicious too.
We felt that reception were trying a little too hard to push us to do a trip or spend money on one of their tours almost daily.
I'd recommend getting a massage to the left of the hotel when u walk out, cheap & good clean place.
All in all this hotel is in a good area with amazing views but for us it just wasn't very comfortable.

Despite its exotic decoration it is a good hotel. It is near the Paragon Siam Shopping Center, National Stadium and Hard Rock Cafe and the skytrain passes in front of it. The Roof Restaurant has good food (try the meat or fish cooked on a hot stone!) and beautiful view. The breakfast is very good. The room had confortable bed and good shower. The staff is very helpful. It has free wifi Internet.

Situated within walking distance from most of the major shoping centers (NBK, all the Siam's and Central World) this hotel far exceeded my expectations.

Very large, spacious rooms and a great pool overlooking the city!

Will most certainly stay again.

Stayed here Feb 2010 for our Honeymoon (couple mid 20's stayed just over 1 week) - Great location near MBK Shopping and Siam Paragon, easy walking distance to shops without having to take transport even at night! We were recommend by a travel agent in Perth to stay here and were very very pleased with the result! Breakfast is super yummy we had it just about everyday and the banana bread was to die for!!! - all food extra fresh every morning and loved that you could make up your own omelette - you could pick what you did or didnt want in it every single day... soooo yummy! : ) Rooms were good size, comfy beds and clean linen as well good size bathroom and toilet area. We had a view to the soccer grounds over the road and my husband loved that! CENTRAL LOCATION +++ near shopping venues / malls - easy access and easy to catch a tuk tuk or taxi near by outside hotel to go out for dinner etc. 8 out of 10 for us, we had a super awesome time!!!! Cant wait to go back and shop shop shop!

I stayed at Siam@Siam for 3 nights with friends in December 2011 on the way out to Australia. Overall I would rate the hotel as good, it was very modern, exceptionally clean and the room (we had a triple) was large, clean and with good amenities. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent catering for all nationalities. The hotel is located by Siam Square which is in the middle of Bangkok, it is right next to a skytrain station which we used on several occasions (cheap, clean and reliable) although the line is fairly limited in terms of where it goes to.

However, overall I found the hotel to lack any sort of atmosphere, the interior is dark and the rooms a bit gloomy, so even although the sun is shining it feels a bit oppressive in the hotel. Whilst the swimming pool area was nice, it is very small and almost always in the shade so it was actually quite cool to sit in this area and the pool was freezing! The roof top bar was stunning in the evening for cocktails but again absolutely no atmosphere.

Whilst this is a modern hotel with all the amenities you would expect it doesn't really capture the spirit of Bangkok or Thailand, if I travelled to Bangkok again I would opt for a hotel closer to the river which is much handier for hopping on and off the local ferries to the various districts of Bangkok.

Top tip: don't bother with the hotel spa for a thai massage, there is a massage parlour just out of the hotel on the left offering massages, pedicures etc. we had a one hour thai massage for £6 which was excellent, compared to a hotel price of about £30.
