We stayed in this hotel for 2 days in January. Our room was upgraded and we had complimentary breakfast. Service is excellent. Location is perfect. Room was nicely furnitured. Comfortable bed. A bit nosy air conditioner. Restaurant is tasty but good for those who like contemporary cuisine. No Thai dishes.

Expect rooms that are specious, cosy and stylish at the same time. I could easily live here for a while. Especially if you are planning to de-jet-lag, this is the place to be. There is a jacuzzi, a tv and a huge relaxing bed. What else do you need after a long distance flight. Tea? Call the service.

The breakfast room is a library. While your coffee is prepared, read you way through "The 100 best wines of Australia" to "Eateries all over Thailand". I will leave a book there just for the fun of it.

Long story short: I booked my first three days in Ma Du Zi and was so happy there that I decided to stay another 10 nights on my way back. With Asoke next door and my rabbit card I got wherever I needed to go without throwing myself into the crazy traffic.

Room Tip: I read, there where complaints about the traffic roar. Well, my room was M06 and the only thing I he...

Great place to stay if you want to get away from the madness. Small and friendly. I'm a big fella and the beds were great.Took a bit of finding though and our cabbie tried to rip us off, but worth the hassle. Lots of little extras like the fancy waterfall bath thing.

excellent hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. the rooms are spacious and it's a 5 min easy stroll over to the nearby Asok BTS station. though the hotel is a little hard to locate at first, the benefits far outweigh that. the bath came with an infinity waterfall type element which was a nice touch! recommended for couples and friends who want a little more luxury in their bangkok shopping trip !

We like to stay in local hotels while travelling, and the Maduzi was an excellent choice. It's small, stylish, and the staff are very friendly. Highlights were the MASSIVE bed, huge bathroom/closet/dressing area with an excellent jacuzzi and shower, and free cappuccinos! For breakfast, go elsewhere...

It is a nice hotel quite near to city center. We were suprized by little extraordinary things like infinity bath tube, where water came down from ceiling, unusual design items. Very good plus is the early check in and late check out. We had a midnight flight and were able to check out at 8pm. We stayed just before new years and they mentioned that during this period no detail for honeymoon could be offered but apart from that stuff was very helpful and kind. We found the restaura to be rather expensive, so unfortunately we did not have a chance to try it, but it seemed nice and exceptional like most things in the hotel. They also have free minibar and free drink in the bar daily. Overall experience was nice. It was our second stay in SLH group hotels and we have loved them so far for personized service.
