Such a great hotel. Everything works perfectly. Easy access to BTS and all Bangkok attractions.

The breakfast is great and the pool is exquisite. Great service everywhere throughout. Definately my first choice in Bangkok every time.

I've been visiting Bangkok for more than 5 years (business and pleasure) and over that time I have stayed at a number of hotels. But the Pullman is by far the best for many reasons. First, the hotel has a beautiful design, it is in great condition and the rooms are very clean and relaxing. Second, the breakfast and food options are excellent. Next, the exercise room, pool and spa are all designed to provide exactly what one needs. Then there is the location: easy access to and from the airport, access to the public transportation (especially the sky train) and multiple taxi options for getting around Bangkok because of its location and proximity to several key roads. Oh, dont forget the internet. The best access and speed in Bangkok. But finally and most important is the Pullman staff. All of them, and especially those in the Executive Lounge, are top quality and provide world class service. Some of these people include Nate, Mos and Palm just to name a few of the many amazing employees who work at Pullman. I stay many nights at the Pullman over the course of the year and as Palm accurately said to me: "so Pullman is your home away from home." She is right!

Room Tip: Pay extra for access to the Executive Lounge. It provides you with personal check in and out, one free laundry item per day and a host of other privileges.

This was a 1 day/1 night stay while we were waiting for our connecting flight at BKK. The hotel is in a great location. They have a free tuk-tuk service that will take you to the King Power Duty free or the MRT. The room was VERY clean, well appointed and quiet. But what makes this hotel one of the best is the staff. They were accommodating from the beginning to the end. The bell staff answered every question we asked and when it came time for us to take the tuk-tuk he walked us over to the location instead of just pointing. We'll stay again the next time we are in Bangkok.

Stayed there a few years ago actually. Just want to share here that it is within very close walking distance to the Suan Pakkad Palace which is now a wonderful museum of Thai culture housed in various little Thai timber houses and a more modern building. I thought that the exquisite "Lacquer Pavilion" was simply outstanding!

The hotel itself is situated close to the Victory Monument and Phaya Thai skytrain stations. Together with the numerous metered taxis, there is little problem finding your way around the city or going to the main shopping district with Siam Paragon, MBK, etc. just a few skytrain stations away.

At the hotel, we got a lovely room with a water-lily pond just outside our floor to ceiling windows. The room and the whole hotel was very stylish and comfortable with beautiful, sunlit architectural spaces especially around the lobby area and inspiring interior design. The outdoor pool deck up on a higher floor offered some nice views of the surroundings too.

The "King Power" duty free complex which is part of the development is handy for some quick shopping if one doesn't have that much time. There was a Thai puppet theatre too but I missed seeing that.
