We stayed here for two nights only at the end of tour of thailand. The hotel was great - well located, comfortable room and bed with great facilities and giant windows with panoramic view of bangkok, and very well located - a short walk to shops and restaurants, close to the BTR station, and taxis very easy to find. The roof top pool is small, but was virtually deserted both times I visited and made for a relaxing end to the day. The front desk staff in particular were incredibly helpful and professional, really made us feel welcome. The only negative was that the breakfast didn't offer an abundance of delights for a vegetarian, but thats a small quibble.!!

Our whole stay here was great. No complaints. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean and look just like the pictures online. The rain showerhead was awesome! Other reviews said the internet was spotty, and I found this to be true also. We found the best reception either in the living room area of the suite or up on the pool deck. Pool was lovely and had great views of Bangkok. Quick walk to the skytrain, and tons of places within walking distance too. The hotel restaurant was great, and the complementary breakfast was delish! Although a little boring after a couple days--we ventured out to other places some mornings. The rooms were so quiet, we were even there on NYE, and couldn't really hear any street noise when we were back in the room. Not even hallway noise! LOVED having a full sized fridge and washer/dryer in the room.
I have already looked in to staying at Adelphi our next trip to Bangkok.

Booked this hotel, based on other reviews from TA - and wasn't disappointed.

Arrived at the hotel, tired and disoriented after an overnight flight, at about 9:00 a.m. and the reception staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Check in was vey swift, and they let us check in early (normal check in is at 14:00 hrs), without charging us an early check in fee.

The room was ready for us, and they were efficiency itself in putting up the spare bed we had asked for.

I was blown away by how spacious the bedroom and the separate living room / kitchen were. For the price we paid, this was incredible value for money.

Some of the reviews I read, left me facing the Breakfast experience at the hotel, with some trepidation. However, it was fine. Not lavish, but perfectly adequate to set you up for the day. There was the usual Fruit / Cereal / Cold Meats / Cheeses / Sausages etc, along with local Thai dishes. There was also an egg station, whilst lacking in imagination, served the purpose.

Location of the hotel was spot on, a couple of minutes walk from the Nana Sky Train Station. Being on a off road to the very busy Sukhumvit Road was a real plus, as there were restaurants, street vendors and shops galore. My Aunt loved that the street stalls were a minute's walk from the hotel, and open till about 10:00 at night. This meant that she was able to go shopping even after returning from a day's sightseeing, and on the way back to the hotel after dinner.

The area felt very safe. Plenty of tourists and locals wandering around and the streets were extremely well lit. It is close to the Nana area, and you do find the ubiquitious older (predominantly Western) men with younger Thai girls on their arms. My Uncle did also get solicited by men carrying numerous photos of nubile females. But all it takes is a polite dismissal to turn people away. As I was expecting this, I was able to take it as part of the Thai experience, but can see how it would make some people uncomfortable.

I cannot rate the hotel staff highly enough. Very courteous, extremely friendly and extraordinarily helpful.

Would happily add my highest recommendations to the numerous accolades this hotel has received, and definitely stay here again on my next visit to the City of Angels.

I began staying at Adelphi Suites when it first opened. I keep returning because of the friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to the BTS station at Nana. I prefer an executive one bedroom apartment because of the washing machine. Although the dryer doesn't work all that great, I can do a load of washing every other day or so, hang it around the apartment to dry, and be able to pack very light for my frequent trips to Bangkok.

We had no idea which area to stay in Bangkok intially, and after some research, we decided to stay in the Sukhumvit area near the skytrain and not too far from the Siam Sq area.

We ended up with picking this one after reading other reviews and this hotel is great! It's located in a not too busy Soi (side street) that has a few street food carts, plenty of bars and restaurants, a very conveiniant 7/11 store, a massage palour etc... The hotel is also located about a 1 minute walk from the Nana Skytrain which we used pretty much everyday so you can see how handy the location is!

Upon entering the lobby, you smell a very fresh and clean lemongrass (I think?) smell which is very inviting and the staff are very welcoming (like the whole of Thailand). The hotel/building itself didn't seem very big but that didn't matter.
Our rooms were very nice. We had the deluxe suite which had seperate rooms for the bed. It also includes a kitchen area and two flat screen TV's! Free Wifi is always good! Overall the rooms are just clean, spacious and comfy. Our view was pretty good too showing many skyscrapers in the background.

I really recommend this hotel during your stay in Bangkok!

The hotel was really good, location next to nana station. I saw many reviews complaining about internet but when we were there the speed from the room was quite fast. breakfast was ok. the staff were extremely pleasant. they were very helpful. the room was large enough and microwave was really helpful for cooking baby food. anytime I visit bangkok I surely will stay there.
