Stayed for one night and the hotel is situated in a very good location beside the Anursan Night Market with many shops and restaurants. Room is clean and big can fit 3 person. There is a small pool. Buffet breakfast is included. Hotel staff are very nice and always ready to accommodate enquiries. Take note this hotel if not near the Sat and Sun walking street approx 15mins by tuktuk around 70-120 baht depending on your bargaining skills,

Stayed here while in Chiang Mai and it is literally smack bang in the middle of one of the night Bazzar markets. It's location is a bit off the beaten track and many tuk tuk drivers couldn't find it it so hidden. You can walk anywhere to and from this location though once you get your bearings. The hotel is small and dark but its perfect for the amount of time you spent in any hotel while on holidays. The beds are ok, pillows are very hard, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower plug hole though and I couldn't open the window to air the room. The air conditioning works and all facilities are provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. No security box in the rooms though, you get one at reception and is just a mini portable safety box which they store away after. Overall, it's a good bargain for location wise.

We stayed her for 2 nights before going to the jungle for 2 nights and returning for one final night. Lovely staff, very pleasant and helpful. Rooms lovely and clean. Breakfast was average but enough choice. Let us leave luggage safely for 3 days till we returned. Perfect location for food, market, entertainment, and Starbucks! Pool was stunning. Would definatly return although prices a little steep for what you get.

The best part of Chiang Mai Night Bazaar Boutique Hotel is the location. It is situated right next to night bazaar area. When we first moved into the hotel, our biggest worry was that the sounds in the night will be too loud, due to its proximity to the bazaar. But we didn't face any problems at all.
However, the hotel does not offer the best view and the b'fast is nothing exceptional. The price is little on a higher side but we were staying during Christmas time and therefore, knew that we won't be able to get the best rates.

I have stayed at least 10, times have found to be nice place to stay. However, found room rates have jumped remarkably, now about 1350 baht, breakfast is only so-so.The reason I will not return, they say I did not pay for one night, in fact I always pay in advance, did not get receipt, thought I could trust them, to my regret. despite having breakfast vouchers. for 3 nights it cost 4. Moral KEEP receipt.

this is good location near night market , we have quit hard to find with Tuk Tuk driver , he doesn't know this hotel and name of this hotel is bad to find . Agoda need to write their real name because Thai people call CM night Bazaar hotel . If we said as full name can't find . We find more than 30 min even already arrived at near , because Changmai have too many one way roads and turn and turn around many time and asking all we met with agoda name . However hotel is good to stay .

Room Tip: Night Bazaar is close to hotel and many shops near by

Stay here for the location. It is bang in the center of the night market. You can shop, drop your shopping bag, go out and shop again. The food is nothing great and anyways if you stay here you are going out to eat. Breakfast is part of the deal. They offer a decent spread but nothing fancy. What is great is the location. Just opposite the hotel is a place where you can get massages done at a very decent price. The bathrooms are rather small in the rooms we stayed in.

Room Tip: You are not allowed to smoke in this place. If you are a smoker who wants to smoke in the room then...
