Stayed here for 3 days during our honeymoon. It was absolutely stunning hotel in a great location and a beautiful city. Hotel was well kept and the staff could not have done more. We took advantage of the spa which was beautiful and the treatments we got were relaxing and perfect for a couples relaxation treat. The bar facilities were great. We unfortunately didn’t stay over a market day but this looked like it would have been spectacular.

A great location in the centre of the old town- very quick to walk to lots of local temples and shops. Easy to get a Tuk tuk to nightmarket. Staff were so helpful, nothing was too much bother- would highly recommend this hotel.

My Family and I (one child) stayed here in July for a week. The staff here where amazing. Location is perfect and so easy to get around. The restaurant on site was great. Nice little pool and the site was very clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
Room tip: No elevator so if you need one request the main floor.

Superior room is too small if comparing with the photo in the hotel website or AGODA. Deluxe room is acceptable and has good room's facilities but bed is not comfortable. Too soft, so I had backache in the morning for those 4 nights. Breakfast taste & variety of choices are poor. Staff get 95% of good services.

May I begin by thanking you for sharing your U Chiang Mai experience. Your feedback helps us constantly improve by informing us of the areas in need of attention.
I was concerned to read about the issue you mentioned in your review regarding your room. Upon investigation, I found that your booker contact hotel in advance to strongly requested of Twin beds which is only avaliable in Superior room original room that you've been booked. However, as you wanted to stay in the bigger room, our staff did complimentary room upgrade to Deluxe room as a gesture of goodwill.
Your comments regarding our breakfast buffet are appreciated and have been noted and shared with our Food and Beverage Manager. In a sustainability effort to minimize our food waste, we provide different kinds of fresh breads & Danishes, yoghurts, fruit juices, fresh fruits and a salad bar on the buffet line. Guests can then order from a choice of 6 signature egg dishes, 4 different Asian dishes and 6 vegetarian options off our à la carte menu cooked à la minute and to your liking. Guests are welcome to order as many dishes as they like at no extra cost.
In addition, your comment regarding bed too comfy has also been shared with our Housekeeping team in order to help improve to our guests. I have also shared your feedback with the relevant departments regarding the friendliness of our staff.

The hotel was perfectly located in the old city for a trip in and auround Chang Mai. We used bikes from te hotel to go through Chang Mai. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every dat fresh fruit and water un the room. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good, nice pool with no noice from traffic.

A great place to stay as bang in the centre of old city to access all sights. Sunday night market which sets up straight outside the hotel and surrounding streets was a great way to start off our stay.
