Pros: Excellent hotel to use as a base to explore Chiang Mai. The kitchen included a table, microwave, cook top, plates, cutlery, and a microwave. You could certainly use this for cooking during an extended stay.

Mehs: The bathroom was a bit out of date, but certainly usable. The air conditioning was extremely loud. For the price, I can't complain.

Cons: The car park may as well not exist. It was incredibly difficult to get a vehicle in and out of here. They advertise parking, but you can't really park here. You're better off using the (expensive) paid lot next door.

The hotel room was like a service/studio apartment which comes with a bedroom, attached kitchen and bathroom. The small bathroom came with bathtub as well. Our room on fifth floor was spacious with windows overseeing Nimman. Location is strategic with walking distance to many trendy cafes and shops. Some furnitures can be slightly aged but not a big deal judging from the price itself.

First the good... it was a relatively inexpensive large room with a bath. The bed was spacious and comfortable. There was a flat screen TV in the living-room with English channels. The kitchen had a 3/4 size refrigerator, microwave, and a stove-top.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, the Maya Lifestyle Shopping mall, Tawandang night club, as well as many other restaurants. There are several convenience stores just a few steps away from the hotel. Being on a main road through the city, transportation was not an issue.

The hotels attached restaurant had excellent, reasonably priced, food, though was a little challenged delivering an included in room-charge "American Breakfast," though they really made an effort to get it right.

Now the not so good... my room had ants, which seemed to get onto the furniture, and liked to crawl up my arms seemingly from out of nowhere... The hotel did spray the room to get rid of the ants when it was brought to their attention, the same day!

The furniture in the living-room was inexpensive, not in keeping with the rest of the room... the sofa was a low sitting love-seat with sides that lowered to make it a cot. It sat low to the floor and was uncomfortable. The table was small and round, though there was a counter top and another square table in the living-room that was also low to the floor.

The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate requests. If I return to Chang Mai I would consider the hotel again based on price, location, convenience to shopping, and friendliness of the staff.

When I booked this hotel, I selected because had breakfast and high speed connection, but this is no true! Connection is poor. Breakfast was good for child, for adult was bad. I remember now, about the bed, bed is same one rock.

This hotel was just alright. It's got good things and bad things going for it. The bad things: the shower head wasn't high enough, the wifi was a little spotty, they charge you for bottled water, and sometimes there are planes that go by overhead which can be distracting. The good things: it's got a fun cafe, the rooms are pretty acceptable, and it's in a great location. It's not a dream hotel, but if you're looking to stay at a hotel within walking distance of some great cafes, it serves it's purpose.
