Have enjoyed two dinners here in the past week. On the main Nimman drag on the north end, but one of the more civilized, peaceful, welcoming places on this street. Antiques, a clock collection, and late 19th-early 20th century architecture set the stage for this one-of-a-kind family run establishment that also serves takeout to much of the neighborhood. Excellent service, menu presentation and accuracy, and a full range of curries, noodle and rice dishes, as well as some nice seafood preparations. Quiet. Cold beer. and feel free to linger with friends or when its pouring out. They also do great coffees.

Food is nice and people there are nice too.
The serving size is small and we had to order more because the food is so delicious

When you walk past this restaurant and look in the windows , you are tempted to eat there by the decor, it looks like a living room. The menu outside has reasonable prices , so we tried it .
English is spoken a little here, like in most tourist restaurants in Chiang Mai. There were the usual Thai favourites, but I fancied a change , something different, so we ordered the menu for 2 - five plates for 600 baht.
The courses were quite small, more of a taster than a meal. All were well cooked but just as if you made it at home from Tesco lotus ingredients . Nothing tasted good but it was ok. Given the huge number of restaurants around, we probably won't eat there again.
Just average Thai food

The interior is quite beautiful, giving a homy feeling. The menu has variety. The food is good, authentic home-style cooking. Watermelon juice is plain though.

I enjoyed the quietness of the restaurant, after a busy day sightseeing. The food was tasty. Good Thai fare for lunch. Thank you!
