This hotel is reasonable, but a few aspects could be improved. For a start, there is no safe or fridge in the room, so the supplied bottles of water are at room temperature only. There is also no "Do not disturb" sign, so you don't have the freedom of privacy and due to this, the rooms are automatically cleaned daily and your clothes tidied up (which may be pleasant for some). The rooms are very small, compared to other hotels we stayed in Chiang Mai.The bathroom is clean, but the polished concrete has no aesthetic appeal and often the hot water for the shower was barely even warm. Because the shower was at such close proximity to the toilet, the toilet paper and toilet would be drenched by the time your shower is finished. The walls between each room are extremely thin, so that the simple act of walking around our room would bother guests staying in the adjacent room, who knocked on the wall to alert us. Depending on the staff member present, the level of assistance would vary from excellent to confused. Although there is a computer available, it is hardly worth using as it is extremely slow and freezes constantly. The few positives are that the hotel is a 5 minute walk to a night market, and a 7 Eleven is also nearby. Apart from the few downsides, the stay was overall satisfactory.
