We spent 3 days at the hotel, and we were very excited by its services, rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, staff was very helpfull. It is 3 stars hotel but on the level of the hotel with four stars. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Chiang Mai. Hotel is very well located so it is easy to get to the center by tuk-tuk.

We rented a 1-bed serviced apartment for a number of months in 2012-2013, and we absolutely loved our stay. The room was fantastic - it was large, with great views, beautifully laid out and kept very clean. The pool and the gym were well kept, and all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

A benefit of staying long-term is that we were also able to observe how the hotel was run and maintained. In particular I noticed that the gym equipment and elevators received constant checks, and the entire building was kept in great condition. Yes, things will occasionally need fixing in every hotel - when they did the owner was immediately on the case, which gave us great confidence.

The GN is slightly out of town, in a very up-and-coming area. It is easy and cheap to get in to town. The hotel provided a free taxi service each night (not sure if they still do), or at the time we could get a songthwaews for about £0.40p each way, or tuk tuk for about £2 each way. There is a 7-11 and a launderette both right on the doorstep, several coffee shops with free wifi within a 5 minute walk, and a huge Tesco Lotus is within a 10 minute walk.

This is a brilliant place to stay. Highly recommended. Check it out and tell them Max says hi!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Good location for access to Central Chiangmai and the hotel will call taxi etc to get you there if you need transport. Quiet area around hotel is a good reason to stay here. The staff are all friendly and try their best to please. The hotel caters for full service or self catering facilities. My suite was very clean and serviced well. The breakfasts are very good with freshly made hot food available if you ask for it and can be taken overlooking the small swimming pool outside in the shade. Well done to all staff. I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone.

This hotel was a great serviced apartment!
The rooms were HUGE and the very very clean. All amenities were fabulous.
The food was delicious and breakfast was a great spread. You could have eggs and pancakes/waffle made to order.
The location was not in the heart of the old town however only 5 mins via tuk tuk and worth the price. If I go back to chiang mai I may pick a hotel closer to the city however 5-10 mins and plenty of taxi's and tuk tuks available
The staff unfortunately did not speak english very well however still accommodated most of our needs. Wifi was great throughout the hotel. The gym was small however good enough for a quick workout. I think this is a great option for families, highly recommended.
