The owner (Khun Phoom, คุณภูมิ) used to be an employee at Hideya ramen in Nimmanhemin road which now closed. Fortunately, he's opened his own shop. Surprisingly, his ramen is much more delicious than his previous Japanese employer's.
What I like the most here is the soup. The soup base is made from chicken and pork with good thickness and texture. The shop provides many soup flavors, Shoyu, Shio, Miso, and Dashi. There are 3 sizes of the dish (small, medium, large) which are different in the weight of the ramen noodle in one bowl. The ramen will be served with only one piece of chashu, so you should order extra chashu topping beforehand.
Personally, I've been eating ramens across the globe, including Japan, but I have never been as impressed as eating the ramen here. I've known this shop for 2 years, I go there at least once a week since then, even it's 30 km far from my home and lacks a parking space.
I strongly recommend this ramen shop. It's probably the best one I can find in Thailand.
