This is a basic, large, but good quality hotel in a busy, but none tourist location in Chiang Mai. Easy walking distance to everything in the Nimmanhaemin Area. The Deluxe Room is large, clean, comfortable with a good size balcony. The bathtub and shower are fine, but hot water is not great. The Wifi was acceptable. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel could give you problems as it is next door to Monkey Club, The bass music can be heard until 2am. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: The Deluxe Room has a large Balcony, the other rooms do not have a Balcony. Stay on a high floor to...

Stayed 1 night. Ok hotel. Great location near the nightlife of Nimmanhaemin Road. Good prices for the size and cleanliness of the room.
No room safe though. Monkey Club is just next door. Warm Up Cafe the hottest club in Chiangmai is within walking distance. Has parking on site if you drive there.

Situated on Nimmanhaemin road which is easy to get there. The hotel is close to the famous Night club and you can find many restaurants in that area but mostly are cake shops or cafés.
Hotel staff are nice ,friendly and really helpful. They also have motorcycle to rent that's more easier to travel around.

ROOM:
so far so good, room are big enough nothing to complain but I wanna notice that they should provide iron and hair dryer in the hotel.

Budget hotel but good to stay and I will come back again,

hotel is a little dated but ok. bathroom is clean and rooms are big but dont expect too much. after all it is ok for the cheap price.
hosts mostly chinese tourists.
they organized all our trips which were really good.
the breakfast is not really exciting, but if you plan to do daytrips you might want to take it to not starve duringt the day.
staff speaks bad english but enough to call you a taxi and organize trips.
be carefull if you have a light sleep and go to bed early. there is a club that is very loud and walls are thin. i could hear the people in the room next to me talk and watch TV, which was really annoying.
still, i would stay there again because the area is really nice and the other hotels in the area did not look better.
walk to the center takes 30-45 minutes. you can find taxis on the main road.
there are very good restaurants in the area, especially vegetarian ones.
huge mall is only 10 minutes walk away and i think they are also building a new one right on the main road.

First things first....the location of this hotel is awesome. You can walk to tons of bars and restaurants. Our Tuk Tuk driver told us that everyone in Chiang Mai comes here to go out. It's not near the night market, but that area is not so great unless you are in a high end hotel. It is very easy to find a Tuk Tuk or cab to get you around and everything you want to see is within 10 minutes, plus a fun ride.

The down side.....the staff cannot speak English at all. They did not help us and could not help us, so we felt a bit lost. We try not to be those people that expect everyone to speak English and we carry a translation guide however, that didn't even help us here. It was incredibly frustrating to not be able to try and ask for help and get nothing.....ugh! They were even somewhat rude when we asked and dismissive of us.

The outside and lobby look very modern, but that is deceiving. The rooms are not modern at all and just bare basics only. Don't expect much and you will be happy. They seem clean and functional, but that's it. So, honestly for the price, it's probably a good hotel. However, I am not convinced that there weren't better for a similar price. Oh, and it is very loud - you are by the best bars at night. We didn't mind that, but some might.

The restaurant serves food that most American's wont love. We try to explore, but this breakfast had nothing interesting to us at all besides fruit. Spicy green beans and beef soup were breakfast highlights.

I would stay here again, if I had to.

This was our 3rd Chiang Mai hotel, because we arrived just before the new year. Stayed in a newly remodeled, large clean room on the 8th floor. There was some noise from the Money Club next door when we checked in but we were out until after midnight and with the curtains closed it was barely audible. For people who need absolute quiet, stay outside of Chiang Mai, especially during peak season. Lots of nightlife nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot water with good pressure, shower and separate tub, good linens. Lots of options for the included breakfast. Overall a very good value and we would stay there again.

Room Tip: The higher the better.

This hotel appeared to be part renovated. Bathroom very clean - odd decor. Looks like trying to clean it up. Breakfast mediocre. Nothing bad but not great either. In a noisy part of Korean sector - over the road from a night club.!! Good restaurants and pubs as clearly area the residents frequent.Overall overpriced for facilities.

Room Tip: Get a room away from night club
