Stayed in Dozy House for 6 nights and had a lovely time. Jina was super helpful, encouraging and helping me book trips.

My room had a good view, was extremely clean and was very spacious.

The merest grumble was that the location meant around a 10-15 minute walk to where things were happening but it was no problem.

There was a kitchen that was great for making brekky and a fridge to store milk. They also offer airport lifts at 100THB which is cheaper than taxis.

In Chiangmai I'd highly recommend Asia Scenic Cook School, Baanchang Elephant Park and Tiger Kingdom. There's a little cafe called F.Full that does the best smoothies and Deep Relax Massage is exactly what it says (not that cheap though).

This felt like a home in Chiang Mai. I just loved to hang out in the lobby and relax with a soda and talk with Gina and hotel guests. Owner Gina helps everyone in any way she can and since she has the local knowledge she can save you a lot of money and trouble in arranging your trip in Chiang Mai.

This guest house is a place to relax and forget your stress. This is a perfect place if you appreciate friendly faces and welcome local assistance in arranging your holiday.

Gina is honestly one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. The staff were all courteous and polite, and you can't beat the prices. If you're looking to stay at a hostel in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend Dozy House.

We booked to stay for one night, but ended up staying for 3 and would have stayed longer if they weren't fully booked! Nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable rooms. Free coffee, tea, toast and bananas 24 hours. Communal kitchen. Honesty fridge full of drinks. The owner was very helpful in giving information on Chiang Mai and happily helped in booking our activities for no fee. I would definitely go back and suggest you give it a go too!

Rooms were large and extremely clean, much better than we expected for the price.

Gina and her family were extremely friendly, sincere, and helpful.

In a quieter part of the old city, but its still in the old city so a 10 minute walk to most stuff.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in September. It was a lovely large room and very clean.

The location is good, however Chiang Mai is so small it's very easy to get around. The owners were very helpful organising taxi's for us and recommending lovely restaurants within the town. We didn't use the kitchen or have breakfast but it is there for guests to use. There is also a fridge where you can take drinks and pay later.

Over all we had a great time. Though watch for Tuk Tuk drivers, they never know where the hotel is, so always a map!
