I loved this place. Its very clean, the beds were very comfortable, lots of TV channels to catch!
Location wise is not great but it is walking distance to the Thai BBQ area and shopping mall is around 5 minutes walk away. City area might be a bit further but you can always rent a bike from them
Breakfast were prepared by themselves on the spot and they were good
Staff are very very friendly and helpful with our requests.

We loved this place. The room was truly comfortable and clean and we appreciated having a little terrace overlooking the fish pond. The breakfast was sometimes a bit long to be served but was worth waiting: it was delicious ! The staff was great. The only thing is that we had to take a tuk tuk to go to the old town there is not much around but we knew that before going there. No disappointment, bravo!

This was my favorite hotel of a two week trip in Thailand. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main road where you can easily hitch a ride into the old city. It's a peaceful and quiet location and if you're interested in being close to the bar/restaurant scene this might not be the best location for you but for us it was perfect. There are some restaurants and massage places along the walk to the main road, but we mostly hung out in the old/walled part of town.

Wifi worked well, the rooms were clean and just as pictured on the website. The AC worked great. The division between the bathroom and the rest of the room is a half wall that doesn't reach the ceiling, so that is a consideration as privacy is limited.

The staff was really helpful with helping us book a cooking class and with making reservations for us at restaurants and giving us advice in general. The breakfasts were delicious and varied a little bit each day. The lobby/kitchen/communal area is really peaceful and nice to relax in and has such beautiful greenery. There is a sweet little French bulldog that lives there and is super friendly and helped to make this place feel like home!

A small boutique guest house that is a pleasure to stay in. The rooms are thoughtfully designed to inspire relaxation and tranquility. My five-day stay was awesome. Clean and comfortable and the owner and staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. A unique experience. Located near a trendy street and short walk to a shopping mall for any essential shopping you need. Some local restaurants and bars nearby.

Who would suspect to find such a little green oasis in the area of Chiang Mai? One can't get around admiring the brillant architecture. Combining raw concrete and wood with the green of the nature and plants that surround it. The rooms are arranged on different levels which makes it very interesting and special. Every room is equipped with a TV-set, air-conditioning and a tasteful furnishing and wonderful bathroom.
The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. They even offer bicycles if wanted.
Even though the hotel isn't located in the very center of the city you only have to walk seven minutes to get to Huay Kaew. From there you can get a taxi or a tuk tuk which will take you to the old town in no time.

We stayed in Qi 68 during our four day trip to Chiang May in july. The moment we set foot in this place, we knew it was going to be great. The owner(s) are genuinely friendly and the whole stay is really stylish. They work with some sort of "minimalistic-meets-eastern-style-design", but it really works. The rooms are clean, large and a joy to be in.
If you want to, they will make breakfast for you. Not some sort of shabby buffet or the usual limited a-la-carte experience. You'll have a seat in the kitchen where they will prepare all sorts of nice food for you.
The hotel has bikes of its own, both motorbikes and regular bikes so it's easy and safe to rent one. All in all, I would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. You won't find anything better, especially in this price range (which is cheap to say the least, considering what you'll get in return for it). Stop doubting and book this one, you'll love it!

The reception area is really nice and very trendy with a cushy chair next to the desk. Even the room key is really cute as well if not a little big. I was in a deluxe room so I had two full size beds and it was still quite roomy. The bathroom has smooth stones on the floors which I thought was an interesting design touch. I also had a vine covered balcony that looked onto the street. The view from the balcony isn't that spectacular but the plant life distracts from it. I only had breakfast once when I was there and it was really good, the rest of the days I'd have to leave before 9am for my planned activity and my flight. Daurunee the manager and her friends were really nice as well.

It is a bit of a trip from Nimmanhaemin Road where there are some nice cafes and restaurants. I thought it would be a short walk, but I think you have to cross a major road so a taxi is necessary. Do not leave without directions back to the hotel that is provided for you at check-in. I made that mistake once and got a little lost as the taxi driver couldn't find the street. Other than that it was a really cool place to stay, just know going in that you will be dependent on cab rides to get to the happening part of Chiang Mai.
