“Good and quality food”
Reviewed 24 May 2014 via mobile

We were here for dinner during our stay in Chiang Mai. They served buffet while we were there and it's only about 250 baht per person. After looking at the dishes, we decided to have the buffet. We have 9 of us and they allocated a private room for us which was a nice gesture.

The quality of the ingredients were good though the spread was not extensive. Service was good as the waiter kept topping up our chrysanthemum tea and clearing our empty plates. Clean and nice decorated restaurant.

“Peeking duck”
Reviewed 21 December 2013

Although this was not our hotel, my desire was for chinese. The Jasmine at the Princess Royal had the food that was to satisfy the cravings. The service was friendly and efficient and what i wanted most, the peeking duck was on the menu. What we were presented with was exceptional. This with a beautiful red wine made the evening great
Well done Jasmine

“Great place for dimsum”
Reviewed 18 December 2013 via mobile

Had the dim sum lunch today (only available 11:30-2 and not to be confused with the dim sum buffet only available at weekends) and very happy I did. Plenty of variety and cheap @ 55-65 baht. The food tasted great. The restaurant i found lacked character and wasn't trying to be independent from the hotel's restaurant but then I really only went for the food. The service was very pleasant. My only negative would be the price of a drink. With an orange juice @ 160 baht by comparison on the dim sum it felt wrong.

“Great Chinese Tim Sum”
Reviewed 4 December 2012

I went in Chiang Mai for loi Kratong Thai festival and I had lunch with my thai friends here. The chinese Tim Sum food is excellent and the service is perfect. Very nice place at the first floor of the Royal Princess Chiang Mai Hotel (near the Night Bazar) with an elegant atmosphere. All the food, fish, crab, shrimp, wanton, etc. are very fresh and are cooked at the moment. Don't miss this place with you girlfiernd, your family or with friend. Very reasonable prices
