large room. good standard. quiet. View over Ping River. Breakfast and Lunch tasted good and have a variety of food to choose. Convenient shuttle bus. The staffs were nice and remembered their guests. I arrived late in the evening and had not welcome drink. Next day, when I went to print out some docs, a staff learnt that I haven't had a welcome drink. He went to the reception and brought me one. So friendly!!

Great room, good service and nice breakfast. Actually i went their with my family and baby. During that time not many guest been there so they upgraded my room with hospitality. That s very nice for the family who took a baby with them.

Meets Holiday Inn standards. Large, comfortable beds, quiet rooms.

The only complaint was after booking through the hotel website, we were told that breakfast wasn't included. I understood that they would match booking agency rates and, booking.com had an identical rate including breakfast.
After talking with the manager, asking why would I ever book through their site only to pay the $20 or more for breakfasts, when the room costs were the same?
The manager kindly arranged for our breakfast to be included, which was appreciated, but indicated that this was not usual practice.

I would caution anyone booking on the hotel website to ensure that their breakfast is included. Otherwise, save yourself a significant amount of money and use a booking agency on line.

I appreciated the shuttle service that was very responsive (even working very early in the morning). The restaurant was great too and served good food. There was also a bier garden which was organized. All the personnel was very helpful and nice; I strongly recommend to stay at the Holiday Inn if you have the chance to go visit Chiangmai or do business there!

Not the first time, but frequent stay as the Priority Club member. Only few points to highlight for improvement. (1) Finger food menu in the Lobby Bar - please make sure you are able to handle the dish if you want to place it in the menu (below standard, do not order the sashimi cordiment). (2) Too much mosquito at the Lobby Bar (3) Price for Beer is too high in the Lobby Bar. Accommodation is good quality sleep. House keeping, reception & club lounge staff are Excellent. Priority Club manager at Lobby Desk from Philippine, just want to say a big Thank you & I enjoy my stay.

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor room, or request room that has just renovated lately.

Based on your feedback, I would like to sincerely apologize for the shortcomings which you have experienced. Please be assured that these will be looked into and that your comments will be used to monitor future improvements needed.

Regarding the mosquitoes in the lobby, we have identified the mentioned issue and in fact pest control is being conducted twice a month and will raise this issue with our pest control supplier to do further investigation on this.

For the Finger Food menu, I already addressed this issue to Executive Sous Chef for the further improvement.
