We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a tour of SE Asia. It was one of the nicest places that we stayed over the tour. It has a lovely pool and a wonderful buffet breakfast. Service was also good and staff were friendly.

A hotel with a good service and valuable price.! The staffs are very friendly and nice. Love their welcome gift and breakfast! There are only 2 things I don't like it. First, low internet connection. The wifi in room is very low and unstable. I need to keep connect and log in. And the speed is slow. On a side note, I need tk keep coonect and log in. It's very troublesome. Suggested to change to log in with password only.
Second and last thing is, no iron in this hotel. Sometimes we may need to iron our clothes. Unfortunately, there is no iron in this hotel.
Overall, it is a good hotel with good service. Only they need to improve their wifi service and provide iron too.

Spent 6 nights there. The service was faultless and staff very friendly. The room had been upgraded and there was a fruit basket left in the room. On our return to the room on the first evening there was goody bag left for us. We were given a complementary dinner followed by more gifts. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The location was a 10 min walk from the night market. The old city was a 25 min walk which we regularly did trying to work off the excess calories! Taxis were very easy to get if you so wished. It was an excellent choice and Chiang Mai is a lovely city.

We were a party of 8 staying in this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 12th floor overlooking the skyline and pool area. There was a 'turn down' service every night and rose buds left on the pillows - great touch. Each room was given a complimentary bag of goodies including chocolates, key ring, earrings. Really nice surprise. Everyone had a relaxing stay in this hotel. We were able to hang out at the pool area or easily walk to the Chiang Mai markets and nearby bars, restaurants and massage places. The buffet breakfast was excellent and catered for everyone. Tuk tuks are readily available at the end of the driveway. We paid 100 baht from the hotel to the markets. Also at the end of the driveway is a travel agent where we were able to exchange money and book our tours to the Tiger Kingdom and elephant safari. A laundry service was available in a nearby street - we paid 70 baht per kilo to get our clothes washed and ironed. On the day before checking out, we arranged with the hotel for a van to take us all to the airport. We paid 500 baht all up and two new air conditioned vans arrived promptly the following morning. Overall, we all had a great experience and would return to this hotel again.
