we had a pleasant surprise when we checked in. Room upgraded at no extra cost. Room was very comfortable and spacious.3 super single beds. Housekeeping very prompt. friendly staff. very good breakfast. we all received special gifts during dinner(delicious cake, gift box and a rose) and for breakfast we received gifts too(hotel key chain in a cute gift box)The hotel arranged transport to the airport too at a very low price.I will most certainly stay here again

we' ve spent a few days in this hotel and we 've been surprised by the quality of service and the kindness of the employees. Every day we had a gift... the breakfast was a dream, about more than 40 choices of plates with fresh mango for example and home made pastries. Wonderful place that we hardly recommand in Chiang Mai.

Hotel is based in good central city area. Our room was on the top floor, comfortable spacious with lovely bathroom, good speed free WiFi, We had a great view over the city.
Hotel has big outdoor swimming pool. Everything was clean and fresh.

Breakfast was served on the ground floor in the spacious restaurant. Choice was quite good; of course there is always room for improvement.

Every evening fresh flowers have been left in the room. Also we have received big complimentary bag with many sweets and small presents. Really great gesture from the management.

Hotel is close to all attractions, night market, food street shops and many various restaurants, and coffee shops. Old town can be reached by tuk tuk in couple minutes or 30min by foot.

Next time we will be back here again without any hesitation. Good price, nice breakfast, good location, friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during a tour of SE Asia. It was one of the nicest places that we stayed over the tour. It has a lovely pool and a wonderful buffet breakfast. Service was also good and staff were friendly.

A hotel with a good service and valuable price.! The staffs are very friendly and nice. Love their welcome gift and breakfast! There are only 2 things I don't like it. First, low internet connection. The wifi in room is very low and unstable. I need to keep connect and log in. And the speed is slow. On a side note, I need tk keep coonect and log in. It's very troublesome. Suggested to change to log in with password only.
Second and last thing is, no iron in this hotel. Sometimes we may need to iron our clothes. Unfortunately, there is no iron in this hotel.
Overall, it is a good hotel with good service. Only they need to improve their wifi service and provide iron too.

Spent 6 nights there. The service was faultless and staff very friendly. The room had been upgraded and there was a fruit basket left in the room. On our return to the room on the first evening there was goody bag left for us. We were given a complementary dinner followed by more gifts. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. The location was a 10 min walk from the night market. The old city was a 25 min walk which we regularly did trying to work off the excess calories! Taxis were very easy to get if you so wished. It was an excellent choice and Chiang Mai is a lovely city.
