We found the Thai cuisine here to be the best that we had in Chiang Mai and cheaper compared to restaurants like Whole Earth. Almost every dish had vegetarian options. Open only in the evenings, dinner is served from 5pm to 10 pm but drinks are served till early hours. Closed on Sundays.

The best thing about this place is that the kid eat for free. Although the food is ok, the lack of choice is dismal! The manager needs sorting out as we have eaten here before some years ago, and it was fantastic. It a shame to see a hotel of this caliber come to this. We also have made a complaint about this to the management to no avail. I used to recommend all my family and friends to go here but no more! Poor

What an unusual hotel restaurant...we found the environment enchanting...lanterns dotting the outdoor patio, and lounging sofas to be restored from your jetlag while you eat dinner....nice.

The prices were surprisingly reasonable for such a hotel restaurant, what we didn't calculate was the price for bottled water! Our two bottles of water were equal to the price of one of our dishes, and suddenly made our very reasonable dinner a bit over the top. But it may have been worth the experience.

There were only 3 customers, and 3 servers, but somehow they couldn't manage our requests...we found out later that it was an issue with the chef. The chef could not keep up with three orders. Seems like some improvement in this area would be needed.

Made reservations for the Loy Krathong buffet . Got the impression because we weren't staying at the hotel we were second class .
Food buffet was ok without being outstanding but the service was pretty tardy .
The information regarding the Loy Krathong package was non existent . Other guests were taken via hotel transport to float their Krathong and set off their lantern but the offer was not made to us . We were given two lanterns as we were about to leave and that was it .
Also - just a little thing , when we booked in the lady said that there was a promotion at the hotel that if you paid with Amex you would receive a 15% discount - there was signage up to support this also - not for me though apparently the buffet was exempt - just a principle thing
