We really enjoyed staying here! The lady who runs the place is lovely and speaks very good English. We stayed in the treehouse which I really recommend! The place itself is very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. There are lots of little areas for you to sit at, and meditation and yoga mats available. A truly beautiful location. The neighborhood is very nice too, there are two bikes you can take to ride around, and food available nearby (though the English is not the best!), and a wat within walking distance.
The only negative was how difficult it was to get here! It is very out of the way, tuktuks from the city cost us from 160-250 baht, though we often payed the drivers more for their troubles. You can catch a song thaew (red car) into the city quite easily for 20 baht per person, just walk to the main road and flag one down, or the lady who runs the place will book one for you to turn up at the hotel.
I recommend this place if you feel like escaping from the city and having a relaxing stay in nature, maybe only going into the city once or twice. If you want to explore the city and the markets more, and book tours, you should stay in the old city with the other tourists. Will save you a lot of time and money on transport!
