Been to Chiang Mai two years running now and had the same experience here. What a shame. Honestly it's almost worth suffering the service for that delicious curry, it really is out of this world, but staff please.... put your mobile phones down. Smile at customers once in a while - we need to feel welcome and like our custom is valued. Strangely each time we've been in, it's been empty - perhaps that's because there's not much service with a smile.
