A quiet, very high quality place to stay in the center of Chiang Mai. The staff was so helpful and provided excellent service. We were greeted when we checked in by one of the staff with refreshing wash cloths and cool delicious tea which was very welcome in the heat of the day. The room was very comfortable and clean while keeping the style of the old city. We highly recommend eating in the restaurant as the food, ambiance by the pool, and wait staff were all excellent. Definitely a place to stay when visiting the area.

This hotel offers an exceptional high standard of quality whilst providing a traditional vibe and treating all customers good service and respect. I was surprised at the attention to detail of the staff going above and beyond their required means, the pool is modern and well kept, the food and drinks are more expensive than i would have liked along with the spa treatments although quality is clearly a priority at this hotel.

We stayed at the Tamarind Village Spa suite and really enjoyed our time there. All staff, including the general manager were very friendly and helpful at all times and the facilities are exactly as promised.
We were particularly grateful that even though we arrived before normal check-in time after a red-eye flight from Europe, we were given an extra room upon arrival to allow us to freshen up and relax until the suite was ready. We highly recommend this place if you are traveling as a family.
