I stayed here with a friend for two nights. We chose this hotel because of it's good reviews, it's cost and it's location.
While we were there we booked a trip to the night safari through the hotel which was great fun and with bargaining we got to go for 900 baht each. The original price was 1300 baht each!
We loved the location of the hotel as it is in a safe area and very close to the famous night market. We bought lots of things, the market has virtually everything you could find in a market in Bangkok. We also ate the 'street food' one evening and I had delicious Phad Thai for 50 baht!
Unfortunately we did not have enough time to try out the pool. But we did go to the bistro restaurant for lunch which was nice. Breakfast was an odd mix of food but at least it certainly had something for everyone.
Our hotel room was on the 7th floor and was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was especially lovely. We were also given complimentary water each day in our hotel room.
All in all our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Chiang Mai.
